The Clare Boothe Luce Center for Conservative Women in northern Virginia just wanted to reorder branded thermal cups from Yeti for their organization, something they have done in the past.
But, according to an exclusive by Fox Business, the result was anything but ordinary.
Although the young women’s nonprofit leadership organization ordered branded cups last May without issue ,and with the exact same logo, Yeti has allegedly refused to fill the order.
Per Fox Business:
In emails obtained by FOX Business, YETI responded to inquiries from the Clare Boothe Luce Center regarding their canceled March 20, 2025, order citing item no. 15 or “Custom Products” in their terms and conditions.
According to the brand, “YETI values respect, tolerance and open dialogue, and we serve a diverse and varied customer base. YETI has the sole discretion to reject any order that we deem inappropriate for production… Starting with our first customized Ramblers in 2015, we’ve used our best efforts to avoid creating custom products with political affiliations or associations. Because the process we use to identify political affiliations and associations involves human judgment, we may inadvertently accept an order and mark a YETI product with a candidate’s name or campaign slogan simply because we weren’t familiar with it when the order was placed.”
Begg claimed in an interview with FOX Business that the YETI brand accepted their order worth $1,608.00 this week before canceling it abruptly. According to Begg, the Center was originally confused about what changed between their May 2024 order and their attempted March 2025 order, which resulted in cancellation.
The Clare Boothe Luce Center shared how the cancellation unfolded via X.
“Our mission includes a commitment to promoting strong conservative women who serve as healthy role models for young women everywhere. Here’s our Yeti mug being gifted to @Stella_Morabito, one of our speakers. It has also been gifted to so many more of our wonderful speakers including @Advo_Katy, @erikabachiochi,@AmberSmithUSA, @emlwaters,@rachelbovard,@sarahcbedford, and @DawnHawkins33.”

“We ordered the EXACT same product from Yeti last year with no problems. Nothing is different-their terms haven’t changed in the last 10 years. We submitted payment and got all the confirmation emails.”
“This is ridiculous. Yets, do better.”
“This is the Yeti mug we’ve ordered in bulk from Yeti before.”
“We needed a restock so we ordered them again and everything seemed to be going smoothly.”
“But we got denied. Cancelled. Our order was cancelled because our logo contains the phrase: ‘conservative women.'”
“Mind you, this was after we paid for our bulk order AND after we received multiple confirmation emails that said our order was being processed and was all set to go.”

Lol, I know... Walmart has copies of the same thing. But it doesn’t seem to matter what is called for boycott most just can’t live without it for some reason.
It is why we are in this whole mess in the first place... Or we could actually fix it. All of it...
I might be an evil white conservative, but I’m not an “I’ll pay $450.00 for an ice chest” evil white conservative.
Yeti is so last year.
All the cool kids do Stanley these days.
So the cool kids say.
YETI... a yuppie cooler no better than a styrofoam cup but cost an arm and a leg so you can put a YETI sticker on your now anything but Tesla.
F”ng morons.
A couple of years ago they pulled any product supporting the NRA. The hell with them.
Made in Asia garbage. It was the trend among YUPPIES several years ago.
“Didn’t Yeti show their colors a few years ago?”
Yes they did. They are anti-gun.
Oh gosh, were those coolers in the store? I thought they were portable fire pits and had one down on the floor with fire starters just lit when I read this....
Update, damn thing melted down and caught fire in the store. The local fire dept ain’t here Yet-i.
Didn’t know that.
Even more reason to not buy their cheap overpriced crap.............
Yep. Back at Christmas Stanley was The present to have.............
Oh noo
How am I now going to keep my Ben and Jerrys cold?
Do you think someone in marketing would have so little self awareness. Awkward!
Yes, they did. But they are relying on the fact that most Americans have a memory that isn't very long.
It is overpriced. It’s also good products. I have several pieces of Yeti stuff that I have been gifted over the years. I won’t buy it myself. But I’m not going to destroy it, either.
Good to know; now my husband won’t add any more to his collection. 😤
sounds like the group didnt do their homework
Liberals live in an echo chamber bubble. Whatever happens outside that bubble doesn’t exist.............................
Interesting. Not a good look for YETI. Wonder if anyone has done any digging to see if they e produced customized products for organizations for the opposing side of the aisle.
If you could prove that, then that would really bring just cause for a budlighting.
A long time REI member (going back 25+ years) I recall talking to one of their salespeople about the pricey Yeti products on display in their store. REI in general is fairly pricey, but the Yeti products stood out as bordering on the ridiculous. Surprising me, the salesperson I was speaking to agreed ... saying basically that yes Yeti was a quality product but overpriced. The only saving grace; it was manufactured in the U.S..
