Has California Finally Had Enough? Latest Poll finds that nearly half of likely California voters are considering voting for a Republican to be their next governor

Speaking of climate change fanaticism, the folks in the epicenter of hysteria – California – may be having second thoughts.

Several cities have dropped planned bans on the use of natural gas for heating, hot water and cooking. A “freedom of heating” ballot initiative is planned for 2026. A January poll found the idea favored by 67% to 18% by voters.

A recent survey by pollster David Wolfson found that nearly half of likely California voters are considering voting for a Republican to be their next governor.

That’s amazing, because more than 1.5 million mostly Republican voters have fled the Golden State in recent years.

Voter fraud will carry the day, I’m sure.

Good luck with that. The People’s Republic was the first state in the nation to a) perfect vote fraud and b) to go full-on communist. Their icon is Stalin and “it doesn’t matter who votes, all that matters is who counts the votes.”

Not buying it. The corrupt machine is too entrenched and the votes will always look like the old saddam hussein results.

all right of center candidates should also just run as Democrats in California - render their “jungle primary” system into a non-partisan ballot.

If they don’t secure the vote in California what will happen is that the Republican will be ahead, then as the count goes on he will fall behind. Yawn.

After Growsomes goofy shoulder shimmy dance in January, talking about some Hawaiian developer buying up burned out properties...its baffling to me that he wasn’t politically lynched. Cali is one really really messed up State.

Unless California gets a Reagan and a Republican legislature it’s done. Even if they did the bureaucracy would fight them the way the US government is now fighting Trump. The beuacracy has to be ripped out by the roots or nothing changes.

Their going to have to vote a lot more than a Republican governor or else the governor will get the Trump treatment like all the other Republican governors received.

Sanity demands it, but I will believe it when I see GOP nominees elected to California government.

Also, California has gone so long as a one-party socialist state, the voter fraud can no longer be overcome even if the electorate finally wises up.

California is a lost cause. Just don’t let your state follow them down the drain.

Run on simply fixing things. Balance the budget. Implement a true audit of the state. The R would win going away.

It won’t matter unless they also vote for their R house and senate candidates too.

I still think we’re better off giving California to another nation, after we get Jim Robinson out of there.
