Joe Biden Accidentally Reveals Plans for “Jailing Trump” After Election
Daily Fetched ^ | October 16, 2024 | Jason Walsh

Joe Biden made some concerning remarks about former President Donald Trump while campaigning for Vice President Kamala Harris at the Sheet Metal Workers Local 19 Training Center in Philadelphia.

The 81-year-old president wasn’t in good shape and appeared so desperate to attack Trump that he botched his line.

“She beat Trump so badly in the debate, he’s scared to death to beat her again!” Biden rambled.

Then came the kicker. Biden openly admitted his DOJ is working to jail Trump after the election.

“The same guy who has three other major cases waiting for him when he loses,” Biden said, referring to Jack Smith’s politically fueledpolitically fueled federal cases against Trump.

“And by the way, 34 felonies,” Biden said.

“He got the sentence kicked back, but I want to watch that sentence,” Biden gleefully said, hoping Trump would be thrown in jail after the election.

“be careful Joe....you ain’t bullet proof in regards to going to jail either”

None of the Marxist left is “bullet proof”... despite their sublime arrogance and false bravado. And right about now, they’re in a panic at the extremely angry and well-armed American public. Will they dare to further tick off the already ticked off American public and steal the election again? Yeah. They’re just that desperate to stay out of prison and to stay alive. They know full well what they deserve, if this nation still had a “justice or a penal system” that actually worked. They also know that those angry Americans want a return to the good ole days when we had a real justice system. They can’t afford to lose the power they have stolen.

The VP’s role is Constitutional.

Mere U.S. statutes can’t infringe on that power.

Why is anyone paying attention to this crazy old man yelling at clouds anymore?

Because he lets things slip out. He knows what they’re planning.

“ If Trump wins the election and is then jailed by the judge in the Stormy Daniels case…”

The Stormy Daniel’s case is a state case. The president-elect could simply ignore it and stay out of New York. If New York attempted to arrest him in a different state, that would create conditions reminiscent of the war between the states.

One of the outliers in all this lawfare is that it could create conditions - if it got out of control, like the situation you speculated on - where one would see conflict between states developing. States like New York, California, Washington, Hawaii or Illinois might signal secession. One thing is certain, any action taken , such as a state or the federal bureaucracy attempting to arrest a president-elect will effectively end the Republic and cast states and regions into open conflict.

You are delusional. As I just said in another thread....Republicans will do NOTHING. They have given up.

Not the elites.
Not the ideologues.
Not the foot soldiers.

None of them.

They will sit on their hands and bitch.

The Democrats hold a monopoly on violence because they are the only ones who will use it.

Their elites cheat, engage in lawfare and conspire with our enemies to destroy our institutions.

Their ideologues infiltrate our universities, media and culture.

Their foot soldiers burn down our cities, assault normal Americans, shut down free speech with threats of violence and come from foreign lands to abuse our social programs.

Democrats always, always overreach when it comes to what they want.

May this backfire on them spectacularly.

In 1995 a bill was passed by the Office of Compliance. It allows our elected officials who are charged with discrimination, including sexually, to get paid settlements with OUR TAX DOLLARS. (at least Trump used his own money). As of 2017 there were 268 settlements made and it cost the taxpayers $17.2 MILLION dollars.

So if they put Trump in jail for Stormy then ALL of the reps that had charges brought against them should be in jail too. THAT is NOT going to happen.

THIS is no secret. Here is 1 story. Title of article is: Congress has paid $17 million in sexual misconduct and discrimination settlements

This is a Life-or-Death fight for the demoncrats.

Which is why they have to do whatever is necessary to prevent a Trump47, even if that means murdering him. Stuffing the ballot boxes is a given.

So what happens if the Democrats steal the election again, a real possibility. Does Merchan then go ahead and send Trump to prison (while the appeal is still being heard)? Not beyond the bounds of possibility. And of course Jackboot Smith and Fani Willis are waiting in line for their turns.

Technically Trump could govern from jail. That was mentioned here a while ago with all the lawsuits going on. It would be a first that’s for sure. I doubt it would ever happen but we do live in strange times.

Good! Hope those states secede!
Good riddance, I’m sure the rest of the states would do just fine!

Feels good on paper, but in practice, it would be the worst disaster imaginable just short of all out nuclear war.

Dems have plot armor in this Chapter of US History.

Some people are complaining that Trump will retaliate against those who have been harassing him, and yet they do not stop harassing him, perhaps to later say... You see that is what I told you.
