Trump has accused Kamala Harris of being “low IQ.”1 That’s quite an accusation, so let’s look at the evidence.
Once, Kamala Harris was invited to give a TED Talk. That doesn’t sound like something that would happen to a stupid person.
Then again, the topic of her TED Talk was on the proper way to heat up a Cup O’ Noodles and she kept calling everyone in the room “Ted,” and if they said Ted wasn’t their name, she made them leave since this was only a talk for Teds.
She also recently made an entire economic plan. That doesn’t sound like a dumb person thing.
Then again, the entire plan was crudely drawn with crayons and was just her depiction of what she called a “money making machine” (a money printing press?). I guess that’s not the smartest economic plan, though it doesn’t seem any dumber than something from someone like Bernier Sanders.

If she isn’t, she sure comes across as such by her words and deeds (or lack of same thereof). That’s all the evidence we’ve got to go on, and it seems to be conclusive.

Nervous laughter is called an incongruous emotion. This means that you experience an emotion when the situation doesn’t necessarily call for it.
