Blacks in cities such as Chicago are seeing tens of thousands of destitute migrants invaders dumped into their communities - "refugee" housing set-aside and/or built just for them, thousands of migrant children enrolling in local schools taking up resources, free food and medical, etc. - while their communities are floundering.

Yes, I know they voted for this - for a mayor who is cowering under his desk - and they are beginning to understand WHO is behind this - exactly the ones THEY voted, i.e., Biden - and they don't like the results one bit.

The corrosive effect of social media is due to a phenomenon sociologists call social proof. That is, when you are considering certain behaviors and not sure about them, if you see others doing it then you are much more inclined to think it's perfectly acceptable and do the same. It's why so many young girls are declaring themselves gay and trans all over the place in my opinion. It turns out they're not actually born that way.

But in this case it's positive. Blacks see Trump and see the growing support among prominent members of their community and say 'you know what, it's actually okay to be for Trump'. That's all there is to it, in my opinion. The challenge for the dems is undoing that impression, once it sinks in. Not sure it can be done and it feeds on itself (fingers crossed)
