Via ABC News:
Georgia’s Republican Gov. Brian Kemp on Sunday pushed back on former President Donald Trump’s position that he should be granted legal immunity for his actions while he was in the White House, amid his 91 criminal charges, which he denies.
“My personal opinion is, no one is above the law,” Kemp told ABC News’ “This Week” co-anchor Jonathan Karl.

Let me know when previous Presidents have been prosecuted for literal crimes they actually committed while in office . Trump is only guilty of hurting someone’s feelings
Trump will be acquitted. If he were allowed presidential immunity, the same would hold for Barry and Sniffy. Those two need to to be held to account.
Arrest fani and shut up kemp
Obama ordered the drone strike killing of a terrorist. No trial. No conviction. Execution.
Numerous women and children killed by drone strikes.
Could Obama be sued personally for making these decisions?

His relatives all appeared in the movie “Wrong Turn”.

Would not being able to remember sexually assaulting a woman even after many years and two trials justify letting Trump off the hook?
What if he just forgot Melenia’s birthday or their anniversary?
If Nixon wouldn’t have resigned, would they have prosecuted him?

from The Conservative Treehouse [unverified by me]:
If you read the wording, the counsel said “he would present himself as”.. I think he faked the interview...and perhaps Hur is trying to indicate that with the wording.
Now we KNOW that the establishment enabled him to rig his two gubernatorial "elections".
They've collected quite a bit on the debt this POS owes them.
It's a real close call as to who I despise more; Republicans like Kemp or rank and file Ds. In the Ds favor, they aren't sneaks, they are revolutionary enemies so I know where they stand. RINOs smile while stabbing you in the back.
And Clay Travis thinks he'd make a great VP pick for Trump.
Punditry!
No one is above the law except judges and, apparently, old Senile politicians
I hope so, but Kangaroo Courts usually don't end with acquittals.
Kemp seems to be a Dem who runs on the Republican Ticket because he can get more money for his campaign.
That's pretty much every politician, they have no core principles, they just go with the side they think they will have more success with, and more money.
