He invaded, 2 years ago, because he saw NATO and the US as weak and fractured.

Is this not proof of substantial further contact, post Putin's claimed electoral congratulations? How deep do the conflicts with putative Putin comments go versus the verifiable record? Is Putin that daft and/or deceptive? Are our legs being pulled with fakery? Are we seeing some cracks in a hoaxed narrative?
