What was blinkens job when Biden was veep?
When Biden was VP, Blinken was US Dep. National Security Advisor, then US Dep. Secretary of State.
Biden and Blinken would have been in such a picture only with them being Resident and SoS, respectively. Otherwise, they would have been posing with their VP and Dep. SoS counterparts on the Russian side.
Things aren't looking good for that answer, purportedly from Putin.
