According to Attorney Ty Clevenger, if elected prosecutors in Georgia are too squeamish or biased to go after Fulton County, Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis or her lover Nathan Wade, there are other options.
A private citizen can ask a superior court judge to sign an arrest warrant or he/she could take the case directly before a grand jury.
Clevenger explained the scenario in a trio of tweets.
Concerned citizens need not wait around for politicians to prosecute Nathan Wade or Fani Willis. Any private citizen can take evidence before a Georgia superior court judge and get an arrest warrant. See Georgia Grand Jury Handbook (https://hallcounty.org/DocumentCenter/View/2302/Grand-Jury-Handbook-PDF?bidId=…), p. 26.
(2/3) Fulton County is far left, but Wade’s offices are in Cobb County, which still has some conservative judges. Anyone could take the issue before a Cobb County judge or take it directly to the grand jury.
(3/3) The case against Willis / Wade would be prosecuted by the Georgia AG (rather than the Democrat DA) because the AG has special jurisdiction over public corruption crimes against the state (https://law.georgia.gov/about-us/duties). Anyone interested?

Someone else pointed out that Wade and Willis could be prosecuted federally for racketeering based on honest services wire fraud. That will never happen, but a private plaintiff might be able to bring a civil RICO claim against everyone involved (Wade & Willis allegedly met with White House personnel to coordinate the attack) . The RICO venue statute is very broad, so the case could be brought in Georgia, anywhere else there is a defendant, or any place where acts related to the conspiracy occurred.
P
BTTT
File a complaint with the Georgia bar.
I heard an interview on the radio yesterday with a lawyer who seemed to be familiar with the intricacies of the legal aspects of this situation. What appears to be truly damning is that the guy who was supposed to be prosecuting Trump’s state case in Georgia billed the state prosecutor’s office for a trip to Washington where he met with White House lawyers. This alone may bring the whole Georgia case crashing down. For one thing, the White House lawyers — and anyone else this dope met with — are now material witnesses in the case and can be deposed by Trump’s legal team.
Yep. It’s the GA Bar that’s going to be most embarrassed by Fani’s behavior...and probably the most willing to act.

However, any citizen, can act as a private plaintiff:
<><>to bring a civil RICO claim against everyone involved
<><>a key charge is that Wade & Willis got paid to meet with WH personnel
<><>Biden’s WH helped to coordinate the attack (collusion).
<><>Wade’s WH billing invoices now online are the most powerful evidence

There are any number of web sites that instruct on how to file a RICO.
Don’t prosecute them. The good people of the State of Georgia put them where they are. Let them enjoy them.
Fani Willis visited Biden’s White House for five hours on Feb. 28, 2023, one week after recommending charges against Donald Trump.
Yesterday, court records revealed that Nathan Wade, Fani Willis’s lead prosecutor, met with Biden’s White House Counsel on May 23 and Nov. 18, 2022, before indicting Trump.
Fani Willis’s lead prosecutor billed taxpayers $4,000 to talk to Joe Biden’s White House Counsel for sixteen hours about prosecuting Biden’s leading political opponent.
Anyone attempting the ‘warrant’ route needs an unbiased sheriff to serve it.

HE INVOICED THEM!......................🤦♂️🤷♂️...................
It’s maybe silly of me to say this but on another thread related to this story, I mentioned that this is beginning to remind me of an old episode of M*A*S*H (The Trial of Henry Blake) in which Majors Burns and Houlihan bring Lt. Colonel Blake to a court martial on charges of giving aid and comfort to the enemy (he instead gave medical help to a small village nearby with many needy children).
Near the end, Burns and Houlihan drop the case after Hawkeye and Trapper threaten to send a letter to Burns’ wife that reads as “Dear Mrs. Burns, Since you are so proud of your husband as an officer, it is sad to report that he is frequently out of uniform, and maybe you should know with who” (read out by Radar). Fani and her people seem to show that sort of hypocrisy as well.
The good news is Wade’s WH invoices went viral.
He better report that income on his 1040..................
Good point.
Will the WH issue a 1099?.................😜
Biden? Issue a 1099? That’s only for Republicans.
Form 1099 is used to report certain types of non-employment income to the IRS, such as dividends from a stock or pay you received as an independent contractor. Businesses must issue 1099s to any payee (other than a corporation) who receives at least $600 in non-employment income during the year.
I think she is thru in GA. She will be running for Governor of GA in a few years.
Thanks
