File a complaint with the Georgia bar.
I heard an interview on the radio yesterday with a lawyer who seemed to be familiar with the intricacies of the legal aspects of this situation. What appears to be truly damning is that the guy who was supposed to be prosecuting Trump’s state case in Georgia billed the state prosecutor’s office for a trip to Washington where he met with White House lawyers. This alone may bring the whole Georgia case crashing down. For one thing, the White House lawyers — and anyone else this dope met with — are now material witnesses in the case and can be deposed by Trump’s legal team.
Don’t prosecute them. The good people of the State of Georgia put them where they are. Let them enjoy them.
Anyone attempting the ‘warrant’ route needs an unbiased sheriff to serve it.
I think she is thru in GA. She will be running for Governor of GA in a few years.
And THIS my friends, is why they need all these different cases. As insurance in case one (like this one) falls apart.
I’m waiting patiently for someone to step up and say “Well, these people suck, but all the evidence is good, and the case should continue!”
Interesting.
Fani seems to have a problem keeping her legs closed when it comes to people she is supposed to be investigating, and those who work with her.
In addition to billing the taxpayers for their shipboard and hotel getaway expenses, and as a consequence thereof, I would understand that the “lovebirds” were implicitly providing government services to one another—that is to say: providing taxable compensation.
