Clearly unconstitutional- people can’t be punished simply for being religious- unless their religion involves illegal activities- it is not illegal to have Christian beleifs

Where in the rule does it state that? The rule does say that children who identify as lgbtq , and special needs kids, should be placed appropriately where they will get support. I did not see any text that states that Christians cannot be foster parents.

People who refuse to affirm LGBTQ🤮 philosophies are barred from foster care service in my state right now. They ARE asked about it during the interviews. Whether the word “Christian” appears in the law is immaterial.
I wonder if some devout Catholics that commit terrible sins year after year will find out when they are on their death bed there are not enough priests in the world to forgive all their sins so they fly right into God’s ahnd when they pass?
