Cats have always been known for their mysterious and independent nature. They can be a source of unconditional love and comfort for their humans, but they also possess a streak of cunning and aloofness. In a recent incident, a homeowner found himself locked out of his house, with the keys safely inside. Little did he know, his feline companions held the power to either let him in or leave him stranded outside.

Most don’t even know what a dial tone is. Cell phones don’t have them.
Actually, the analog technology of the phone and telecommunications system of back then was ingenious. Most landlines (actual wires) to homes couldn’t hand the main frequency of a “dial tone.” 90 Hertz (or kilocycles). Wires were only good for about 300-3000 Hz bandwidth so how’d they get that 90 Hz dial tone? Your ear is basically a mixer. It perceives the lowest modulation product of any audible set of mixing frequencies. In this case, the ‘mixed’ two tones - 250 Hz and 340 Hz and the ear ‘perceived’ 90 Hz.

Questions kids can’t answer:
* Why is it called “dialing” a phone
* Why is it called “rolling down” a car window
* Why is the save icon a blue square?

It might be a bit heavy handed, but they sell those clear covers with a lock on them like they use in some commercial buildings.... 🤷🏽♂️

Good Monday Morning!
The ‘committee’ decided that UT is in the College Football Playoff as the #3 seed, so all is well in the world... well, at least here in Texas...
Describing the process of an Eagle on the Par 5 506 yard 6th hole is simply not believable! So I will just simply state that I threaded the needle on two drives of a lifetime and got on the green in two... tapped in for Eagle... 🤣

(This Eagle on the 6th hole puts me at 3 under (22) for the round... ⛳️)

You’ll know the coffee is ready to take over when you start looking for a coffee IV drip to carry around with you on one of those poles.
