Cats have always been known for their mysterious and independent nature. They can be a source of unconditional love and comfort for their humans, but they also possess a streak of cunning and aloofness. In a recent incident, a homeowner found himself locked out of his house, with the keys safely inside. Little did he know, his feline companions held the power to either let him in or leave him stranded outside.

Not bad, thanks. Jake has given up on life and gone to bed. I need to turn my computer over to Frank so he can work on math, not that he wants to.
In this case it’s part of her mental illness. She’s sure “they’re watching her” through the shower head.
On another note - I really enjoyed having so much light this morning. I’m going to really hate giving it up on Sunday.
w00t!
Most mental illnesses have clinical depression built in. I’m so sorry you both have to deal with such responsibilities. You’re always on my prayer list, for what it’s worth!
And yes, I agree with having light! It’s much better than gloom!
There are worse things to do than taking a nap!
I got asked a question at the optometrist’s office yesterday that I’ve never been asked before. “How much time do you spend on a computer, laptop or phone each day?” I had to really think about that because it varies.
And I don’t have to share with anyone!
Thanks. I didn’t even realize it until I posted it. Silly me.
Thanks, ordered a bottle from Amazon to try...
They all do that, now. They want to prescribe blue-blocker coatings to everyone, even if the person doesn’t need corrective lenses, because it makes money.
The optometrist said he would prescribe night-driving glasses if I experienced glare but I told him I don’t drive at night. But I might reconsider the glare-reducing glasses in the winter months.
FD used them for a few years, but we haven’t discussed eyes, lately, so I don’t know if she still does.
But he didn’t try to push glasses. I told him I had a pair of readers in every room, and he said that was fine, but if my vision got to where the readers weren’t doing their job, to come back. And I know the rest. I prefer life without glasses, except for certain tasks!
Since it’s an herb, it will take a while to build up in your system, maybe as long as six weeks. But you’ll know they’re working by the UTIs you DON’T get!
Yikes. That level of deformation and the resultant ambulatory instability...? What about seeing a Podiatrist to see whether anything constructive can be done?
I asked Mrs. ArGee whether she thought she could get her mother to a podiatrist. She’s still laughing about the question.
[sigh] Well, M-I-L is going to get onto a first name basis with the floor, I’m afraid.
Like that old FRAM oil filter commercial:
“You can pay me now, or you can pay me later.”
The yellow one looks like our little Ginger. (RIP) They say that yellow cats are very sweet; ours sure was.
Good morning. Jake went out in the rain. It’s my fault he’s wet now.
Actually I don’t have issues with those, it is all of the other benefits that caught my interest!
Of course it is your fault!
When we got back from taking the 4 dogs to the vet yesterday we both had to shower as we had a heavy dose of ‘wet dog’ smell going on... of course the rain that didn’t come all night came down in a downpour as we were walking them to the trucks and loading them in....
