Well, the only historical peoples I know of that did it were invariably called savages.
Didn’t the Nazis take babies and children to their death camps? I think they did. Maybe they didn’t separate the babies from the mothers, but maybe they did.

In Kuwait during that one I went into houses and found young and old women that had been raped repeatedly to get them pregnant so their people wouldn’t accept them anymore.
Ever notice the videos of Saddam touching kids to appear to say he like American children there? He was touching them with his left hand. Of course they should be shot, but I don’t think Israel has the stones to shoot all the POWs. Maybe they could just say they are NOT POWs. They are terrorists and need to be shot.
