America doesn’t need an election; it needs an exorcism.

Many readers are under the impression that they have a choice in next year’s presidential election. Allow me to disabuse them of this false notion. Alvin Bragg, Jack Smith and Fani Willis took away the right of Republicans to choose a presidential candidate by indicting President Donald John Trump. Because the charges are bogus, we must re-elect him or government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall perish from the earth.

The indictments are a heinous act that rubs our noses in the filth, garbage and sewage of a power-mad central government that now exceeds the worst nightmares of some of our Founding Fathers. They were anti-Federalists who opposed ratification of the Constitution. They included Patrick Henry, who once said give me liberty or give me death.

We now say Trump or death, and that is no joke. Organizing opposition can get you 22 years in prison. The Republican Party goes along with this evil to get along.

The anti-Federalists secured the Bill of Rights and protected free speech, peaceful protest and the right to a fair trial. Just under 250 years later, the Biden administration seeks to complete Obama’s plan to destroy those protections of rights. President Trump delayed this plan and now Obama — through Biden — seeks vengeance.

We need constitutional limits on taxation, government borrowing and penalties.

“Fiscal year 1980 spending was $579 billion and the deficit was $59 billion.”

“CPI in 1980 82.400
CPI in 2023 305.691”

Biden is proposing federal spending in excess of $20,000 per American for fiscal year 2024.

Two major, related problems I see with Trump even if he is re-elected: a) he still doesn't seem to realize the seriousness and depth of the problem; b) how, exactly, will he reassert control over the bureaucracy?

He'd just about have to call in the military and have half the FBI, DOJ, State and upper echelons of DOD detained immediately.

Whatever he does would be hit with dozens of lawsuits as soon as he finished the oath of office. Trump would be like one of those bulls festooned by the picadors at a bull fight.

Does he have the stomach to be a Pinochet, because that's just about what it would take. The bureaucrats, prosecutors and many Dem politicians would have to be arrested immediately for their roles in the Russia collusion hoax and violations of his civil rights through the endless groundless investigations.

The federal government was not created to pay the living expenses of the lazy.

On January 7th, 2021 Joe Biden could have been placed under arrest for voter bribery and taken into custody and placed on trial.

McCarthy has the means of agency funding reduction at hand.

The only federals whose salaries can’t be cut are judges.

Jurisdictions could be granted the ability to be served by new circuit courts.

The Ninth Circuit could wind up serving Death Valley.

McCarthy has the means of agency funding reduction at hand.

He only has a narrow majority and many Republicans are RINO squishes who need the payoff from the bloated Federal spending that would come from a "compromise" with the Dem controlled Senate.

The House Republicans will launch hearings, make noises and do nothing effective because there is no majority in the House large enough to do anything effective.

The Republicans in the House don't have the guts. This isn't a normal political battle. Most Federal institutions including the House are corrupted by immense Federal spending. Eve in the face of their own exposure of the scale of FBI, DOJ, and Dem wrongdoing they do nothing.

What makes you think they'll do anything now?

It's only a matter of time until they start indicting other political opponents. The Trump indictments are simply testing the waters. If those move forward, you can start seeing indictments of their fiercest critics in the House and Senate.

Because the radical left will then double down on what they did from 2016 on. There is only one way to stop them. Unless or until people face that reality, nothing will change other than things getting even worse than they are now.

It needs an enema. And the nozzle needs to go in at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

“Outstanding! Must-Read!”

Don Surber’s articles are usually a “must read”. I’m a non-paying subscriber to his site and have his articles emailed to me so I don’t miss them. He also has a great sense of humor.

First we elect Trump and then we find someone for 2028.

Also, from Surber’s artice:

“Republicans can belly ache all they want about the nomination process being unfair but in America, the federal government has shut down all the fairs. The government is handing out sentences that are longer than some murder sentences to people who didn’t even enter the building. There’s your fair. Unless we nominate and re-elect Trump, this will never end.

His record in his first term does not matter. You didn’t like his covid response? Too bad. This is not about covid or Ukraine or even balancing the budget. This is about stopping the virulent abuse of the public by the protected class in Washington. The FBI is no longer a law enforcement agency; it merely provides the rich men north of Richmond their muscle.

We cannot allow them to get away with this one because if they can do this to a president, the rest of us have not one chance in hell of defending ourselves.”
