Two armed and trained officers against one perp who is tiny. That dude can't be over 5' 4". Yet they couldn't get him on the ground or even hold him in place.
That dude who came and saved the day is just a security officer at a nearby club who heard the commotion. He came over and literally said, "I got him girls, I got him." I know the tweet mentions that the lady cops are "LGBT" so I can't help but wonder if he misgendered them when he called them "girls." The girls certainly didn't care, because they were too busy letting him completely take over the situation, even though he is not a police officer.
Watch again. Once the security guard enters the scene and says "I got him girls," the officers immediately become silent and allow him to start issuing commands to the perp even though he is not a cop. They even repeat his commands after he says them.
Why is this? Because they recognized a bigger, stronger, tougher, more dangerous human being than them just entered the scene on their side. The alpha, if you will. They immediately submitted to his superior physical competence in this situation because they knew it was their best chance of righting the ship that was sinking.
Women, whether "LGBT" or not, should not be beat cops or front-line police responders, especially in dangerous cities. It is too much of a risk for them and society at large. Change my mind.

There are still some jobs where brute strength and a willingness to deal with ‘trouble’ are necessary.
Some kinds of ‘trouble’ i.e. (spontaneous and unjustified violence) must be dealt with straight on, and quickly overwhelmed or neutralized in some manner.
Either control or BE controlled.
Holding discussions won’t do it at such moments.
They coulda used batons (overkill) but all they had to do was grab him and put him on the deck!

Nope. Women have to put in daily physical training in order to be police officers.If they do not, they are just accidents waiting to happen.
I believe women police officers tend to be trigger happy.

Well, she could stand back and use the radio or call for backup. Maybe another set of eyes? But that’s about it. Almost as good as being by yourself.

Have you ever helped detain someone? Not as easy as some folks think.

I remember watching an wildlife documentary on lions where five or six female lions are trapped in a huge fallen tree by a group of hyenas. They roared and snarled at the hyenas but were clearly losing as the hyenas got bolder.
Then the alpha male lion with a couple of beta lions charged in like Patton on Abram tanks and snapped the largest (female) by the neck and killed it while the others attacked the rest.
Mind you, like these officers, outnumbered the hyenas by a comfortable margin yet it took the testosterone charged males to show the other beasts whose”King of the Jungle”

I don’t see anyone here attempting to “attack women”; posters are merely pointing out that women are not physically able to perform some tasks.
Here we don’t bother with that kind of stupidity. The cop just bashes him over the head with his Billie club, knocks him out and cuffs him. You can even hear the perp’s head go “crack”. It’s fun to watch actual law enforcement at work. These cops are wussies.
There is a reason that every organization that had to bring in women, the police, firemen, military schools and academies, Highway Patrol, and everything else had to lower standards.
I’ll never forget watching a crime show years ago on cable that was about some serial rapist. So a girl cop gets to the front porch of a house in which she can hear a screaming woman being raped but she is stymied by the fact that…the door was locked. There were at least three ways an average man could have gotten in well inside of ten seconds but girlcop could only wait until someone competent arrived. Then there was another incident of a man on the tracks, train coming and super girl couldn’t drag him off.
The fact is that in a one on one fight, an average woman is at a severe disadvantage to an average man. If you think otherwise you’re ignoring biology/reality. Life is not a Hollywood movie where tough chick beats up on lots of men.
For similar reasons, firefighters should be mostly if not all men as well.
Why is it so important that the world know they’re gay? What is it that these people constantly blast their sex lives all over the media?

Not really may be no help but her presence may PRECIPITATE lethal trouble. Well not “may” but has: Maybe twenty years ago. Big male little girl NYPD. In perps apt attempting to arrest. Perps GIRLFRIEND sizes up girl cop and decides she can take her and immediately relieves her of her gun. The threat, ie the male cop is immediately shot and killed. Someone else raised his kids because he made believe that leftist fantasy had some basis in reality. If he’d have said “I ain’t hitting the streets with this teeny tiny helpless joke of a cop” he’d have been summarily canned.
Why did they need to detain this guy? What did he do? Crazy people are allowed to go free range in NYC. What Burrough was this?
