Burchett has become increasingly outspoken about UFOs in recent months.
Appearing on Newsmax on Saturday, Burchett said military intelligence “is like congressional ethics [and that] it just doesn’t exist.”
“I do 100% [believe the U.S government is covering up] since 1947 Roswell, [Mexico]… the military said we’ve recovered a saucer and then the next day they dropped this poor officer out and claim he holds up a piece of a hot air balloon and says, ‘No in fact it was a hot air balloon,’ which apparently was a top secret program at the time and they’ve never would have disclosed it in any way,” Burchett continued.
During a recent appearance on NewsNation, Burchett made similar claims, implying that the government is hiding information about aliens because they believe that the American public can’t handle it.
“We’ve been covering this up since the 40s,” Burchett recently told NewsNation and added that he doesn’t “trust [the] government, [and] there’s an arrogance about it, and I think the American public can handle it.”
Burchett tweeted a clip of the interview and wrote, “witnesses will be brought in and we will hold hearings on UAPs. It’s time. The American people can handle it.”

Utterly retarded. 100% distraction technique, and pandering to our neopagan culture.
By the way, the US government learned to bait them with nuclear weapons and then shoot them down.
The Roswell debris was from a top secret Mogul balloon designed to detect a Soviet nuclear explosion. Because of its top secret nature, the Air Force stumbled in 1947 on admitting what had actually crashed.
I had the privilege some years ago of conversing here on FR with the late Dr Jesse Marcel Jr, the son of the Roswell incident’s Major(in 1947) Jesse Marcel; and while he was commendably loyal to his father, Dr Marcel, also an eyewitness to the now-famous Roswell incident, admitted that his dad had a problem with alcohol late in his life.
And it was the then-retired Lt Colonel Marcel, 20 years after his retirement, who told Ufologist Stanton Friedman that what he had seen in 1947 was debris of an alien spacecraft. Marcel has done more for Roswell tourism than any other person, but there is no rational reason I know of to believe the alien artifact appraisal he gave to Friedman in 1978.
We humans seem to have a deep need to believe we are being visited by aliens. But in spite of many interesting reports of that nature, there is as of yet no physical evidence to corroborate an alien visit. Zero.
Problem is with the state of movies today, real aliens likely will be boring.
I think you missed the obvious. The Big Guy’s brain has already been harvested! ☹️
You’re correct. They did.
If you see an UFO there’s a good chance you’ll see Bigfoot also
Depends on what region you’re in.
It’s all a farce. They’re talking up UFO’s in order to institute emergency measures to “combat” ufo’s. It will culminate in the return of christ whom they will characterize as an alien that needs to be fought.
What crap?
(Jesse Marcel; and while he was commendably loyal to his father, Dr Marcel, also an eyewitness to the now-famous Roswell incident, admitted that his dad had a problem with alcohol late in his life.)
Wait! Are you implying that since his father was an alcoholic that he made the story up? There have been witnesses who said it happened.

Not makin' fun, but this is still fun:
"Roswell was a smoke screen, we've had a half-a-dozen better salvage operations".
**By the way, the US government learned to bait them with nuclear weapons and then shoot them down.**
So, inspite of their high tech, they must have been pretty stupid. And also not able to pay us back 10,000 fold.
“For some reason, UFO are lousy pilots.”
Engine died, power steering and brakes wouldn’t work.
Let me see if I understand this logic you’re using:
The roswell incident was an alien craft crash, but it needed to be covered up, so a cover story was made to say the crash was from a legitimate government program from that era, which used materials that were described and photographed in available evidence at the time. A program which itself was ongoing and had unclassified elements, but had aspects of it which would remain classified for years after 1947.
And your evidence for this is a blurry rambling pdf file that a quick googling indicates comes from a British UFO “enthusiast” with no official provenance, and that has been considered bogus since the 1980s.
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof. If there was something not of this earth om that ranch at Roswell in 1947, the only way we’d know about it is if direct physical evidence shows up. Until then, the most likely explanation is the one that maps to the available evidence.
One Guy <> Big Guy...🧐🤔😁
