Who defines the mission?

Law enforcement is a local function of government. The FBI needs to be shuttered for that reason alone. Additionally, the FBI along with many other federal agencies/bureaus/organizations have been weaponized. That can occur in the future when the wrong people are in charge regardless of any reforms made. That can’t be allowed to happen ever again. Most of the federal government needs to shuttered and defunded. Our freedom relies on it.
