Talk about damning with faint praise . . .In a discussion today of Biden's prospective '24 run, the only real reason the Morning Joe panel could come up with as to why Kamala Harris will remain on the ticket was her gender and the color of her skin.
Jonathan Lemire was explicit about that:
"The Vice President is going to be on the ticket for many reasons, including, of course, that as noted, the base -- the foundation of the Democratic party right now: black women. They're not going to alienate that by pushing Kamala—Vice President Harris—off as Joe Biden's running mate.

That is only true if Biden runs. If he does not, then all is up for grabs.
While the panel made vague references to other things Kamala brings to the ticket, no one could actually cite a single one other than being a black woman.

Even if Harris is removed from the ticket, the black females will still go out and vote overwhelmingly for Dems.
That’s one demographic segment that the GOP will never reach.
SO, in other words, QUALIFICATIONS and INTEGRITY have NO VALUE.

I, and others, have been surprised by President Trump’s many bad choices when he selected people to help him govern.
Joe is a reminder of how difficult it is to predict what people will do. There was a time many, myself included, thought Congressman Joe was something of a conservative and dependable. Vote for Joe!

By the same logic, Two BIG reasons for replacing Joe and Mika on morning TV, they’re NOT black.
Maybe Kamala has a weird sexual kink Joe and Mika don’t know about - then she could run on two outstanding democrat requirement - pigmentation and kink...
