Joe Scarborough: woke, white-privilege-virtue-signaling warrior!
On today's Morning Joe, Scarborough, commenting on the death of Tyre Nichols, claimed:
"No police officer would have done this to me when I was 29-years-old, a middle class white guy. Nobody--they wouldn't have dared. Because they knew that if they did, if they beat the hell out of a 29-year-old, middle class white guy, that hell would rain down from above."
How admirable of Joe to admit to his white privilege!
But there's one little problem with Scarborough's virtue signaling. Five Memphis police officers beat a 29-year-old black man, and . . . hell promptly rained down on them!

I heard on a local radio station that Tyre had been messing around with one of the officer’s girlfriend. Supposedly this information came from “the street”. I have no idea of the veracity, but it makes much more sense that what I have heard up until now.

Scarborough bloviating uselessly. What a hypothetical, if it were 30 years ago and I were in Memphis and I resisted arrest, this or that would have happened.
