The woke snowflakes have beclowned themselves again.
A Norwegian transgender activist group is demanding that Apple Music and Spotify remove one of Aretha Franklin’s hit songs because of its allegedly offensive lyrics.
The Trans Cultural Mindfulness Alliance (TCMA) is targeting Franklin’s 1968 hit “(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman,” which they say “perpetuates multiple harmful anti-trans stereotypes.”
The group claims, “There is no such thing as a ‘natural’ woman” and is calling on the streaming platforms to cancel the song.
Aretha Franklin's 1968 song "Natural Woman" perpetuates multiple harmful anti-trans stereotypes.
There is no such thing as a "natural" woman.
This song has helped inspire acts of harm against transgender women.
TCMA is requesting it is removed from Spotify & Apple Music.

Many reacted to the tweet by questioning whether the Twitter account is actually a parody account. The group claims to have been founded in January 2023 and only has just over a thousand followers. However, the group insists they are not a parody account.
“For clarification, the TCMA is not a parody organization,” they tweeted. “We are a group of trans individuals seeking to make culture more fair for transgender individuals. We are based in Norway but are seeking to open a chapter in each European country and also North America.”

“Chain of Fools” ?
Kate Smith was another great female singer, and they successfully "cancelled" her for singing some "racist" lyrics.
Aretha just sang the song written by Carole king and Gerry goffin.
I don’t see what their problem is. Don’t “transwomen” claim that by their nature, they are women, even though their original equipment doesn’t support that? They are just as much women as those who were born with female genitalia and “identify “ as women, right?
"You called?"
I always thought the lyrics were about a woman who enjoyed the activity of sexual intercourse with a man. Does not ah La natural mean naked? And that a woman might actually enjoy having heterosexual sex?!
So they are admitting they are not natural women.
End of argument.
*** So, how should the lyrics be changed to satisfy the trannies?***
You make me identify as a natural woman.
You make me feel dikkless.
Respect?
Interesting to see how The Boy Named Sue will be treated in this new culture
“Natural Woman”
One of Aretha’s best and the queers are upset.
Now that I know it bothers them….
I went looking for her discography and found “Chain of Fools” on the list. I figured I’d better search for it here before posting it. Glad I did as you beat me to it. Two things I also realized while scrolling thru her list - the lady was prolific plus I recognized a lot of her songs. I’d forgotten how many I used to sing along with
Oh, I don't know, ... maybe ... Natural Woman?
Now Aretha Franklin's song Natural Woman is deemed OFFENSIVE to trans women: Outrage as 'activists' demand song is removed from Spotify and Apple Music

The words were written by Gerry Goffin from an idea by Atlantic producer Jerry Wexler, and the music was composed by Carole King. Written for Franklin, the record was a big hit reaching number 8 on the Billboard Hot 100, and became one of her signature songs. It made history in the UK singles chart a week after her death, finally becoming a hit almost 51 years after it was first released entering at #79. Franklin also included a live recording on the album Aretha in Paris in 1968.
Carole King herself recorded the song for her 1971 album Tapestry. Among the numerous cover versions of the song include versions by Mary J. Blige and Celine Dion, both of which charted in the same year (1995). At the 2015 Kennedy Center Honors, Aretha Franklin performed the song to honor award-recipient Carole King.
When I first saw this thread, I thought “Chain of Fools” was the song in question.
