Covid-19(84) is not the Mark of the Beast.
BUT:
The parallels are downright eerie.
A clear warning of things to come.
Covid-19 came as a snare. Now it’s not THE snare.
But still, it came as a snare. UPON THE ENTIRE WORLD.
A snare that came upon the entire world and institutionalized Global tyranny almost overnight.
Determining if you can travel, buy and in some cases sell.
Or if you can even work a job.
Tyranny upon tyranny.
The parallels are just too eerie and too spot-on.
This is a very clear foreshadowing of Revelation chapter 13 and the sheep are blind to it.

Living in a blue area with a blue family I see the chasm as still wide.
They all see themselves as enforcing what is only reasonable given how dangerous and contagious they consider the Rona to have been — and therefore how criminally selfish and duped the unjabbed are as well. They believe that the jabs have now been shown safe and so the unjabbed proven idiotic.
Naomi Wolf is a really curious and interesting woman, she fits absolutely no pigeonhole and her independence has really upset many in the feminist and ‘progressive’ communities. She went from being married to a NYT editor to being married to a GI who now is a private dick.
So this week isn’t over - our family has been told we are not invited to Thanksgiving dinner because of our decision to be unvaccinated. Certain family members are still hiding in their homes - only venturing out for necessities - for almost 3 years! My heart aches and breaks for them - they have been sold a pack of lies and they have imposed a cruel lifestyle upon themselves as a result. Living with that kind of fear is horrible. I can forgive them for being duped - but how can we forgive our govt and institutions for doing this to individuals and families? How are they still in power?

WOW! I can only conclude things were very different in Blue states. Here in NC we had a mask mandate which, once you got outside of Charlotte (and probably the Triangle and Asheville) nobody bothered with. None of the other Southern states had even that.
After a very brief couple weeks of lockdown, life pretty much returned to normal. I couldn’t continue to live in an oppressive state like the one she described.

You don't need to hate your enemy to kill them, to avoid them, or just to remember what they are capable of.
Our enemy was an easily brainwashed mob who hated us and sometimes even wished us dead. They are still seething with anger.
Don't catch their angry disease. They are still like rabid animals.
You don't need to be rabid to counter/defeat them. Just be rational, calm, and deliberate.

That is an excellent point. I am in the ATL area. I still look at stories like this and just shake my head at the insanity. While there were people around that nasty who had bought into the Covid narrative, they weren’t making public policy. At worst, there were events that you couldn’t attend without a vax, or without a recent test.
When I see stuff that extreme, it’s like another world from the one I spent 2020 and 2021 in.

The cities were pretty strict with their mask crap for a few weeks. I know when they RE-imposed ours here, it was largely ignored.
But there were and still are hardcore disciples. I find it sad...
