He was correct in certain ways. His observation that the West killed God is certainly true. It continues to this day, if you think of the Holy Spirit being in shunned away from the masses. A brief in God, and particularly Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ is the glue that has held Western Civilization together since the time of Constantine in the 4th century.

This public school district is probably not holding loaded guns to the empty heads of the parents to force their children to attend this school.
Also, this B$ will only get worse until parents aided by relatives pull their kids from these schools and use at home programs or good private schools.

I'm sorry. Sometimes I get carried away with that whole "equal protection under the law" nonsense. But you're right, I am naïve.
Us fallen children of Adam all come into the logic of sin easily, from youth, before some fool like this man ever has a chance to “indoctrinate” us in it. We are all, after Adam, born into a universal, vague religion that loves anything not defined by Jesus Christ crucified, buried and then raised again incorruptible.
God gives us opportunity (conviction by the Holy Spirit!) and we alone choose how to respond to the man Christ Jesus who, “after making purification for sins...sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, having become as much superior to angels as the name he has inherited is more excellent than theirs” (Hebrews 1:4).
God uses everything in life to nudge us in this direction, to His Son. Only a few seem interested, the rest ALONE will bear their choice:
“If you are wise, you are wise for yourself;
if you scoff, you alone will bear it.”
