This video from Project Veritas shows Jeremy Boland, Assistant Principal of Cos Cob Elementary School in Greenwich, Connecticut, admitting that when it comes to hiring teachers, he discriminates against conservatives, Catholics, and people over 30.

Here’s an article about it:
Has he been promoted to superintendent yet?
He will be.
Should be immediately fired.....
My best teachers grades 1-12 were older, grandmothers, patient, calm, experienced. Not under 30.
And the end result is, Conservatives are discouraged from wanting to become teachers in the first place.
People over 30. But they’ll vote for Sleepy Joe.
That’s a direct violation of the civil rights act.
Which, I’ll point out, the DNC opposed.
We want those young diversity, inclusion and racial equity teachers that will teach whatever garbage we tell them to teach.
Why sometimes do articles have a story in the title the same exact story in the first paragraph and the same story in the second paragraph?
You know, The Ends Justifies The Means........
I think honesty is good. Glad he can admit this. At least he isn’t practicing equality.
I had two conservative, devout, over 40, patient, calm, experienced teachers: Mom and Dad!
Homeschooling rocks!
I always told my kids, teachers are not responsible for your education, YOU ARE!
COEXIST….
Oh wait..
Every K-12 school and school district, public and private, everywhere in the country, is either actively doing this, or if not, is likely only halfheartedly trying to prevent this kind of culture, and these kinds of hiring practiced, from taking root.
Has this vice-principal been (given two vacation homes on the sly, been quietly told “Job well done, young padawan, await your next assignment patiently.”, and been) fired yet?
A rare admission of a widespread practice.
Why is he being honest, giving the unvarnished truth? [OGINJ has OGINJ’s thoughts on the matter, but would be interested to know what others might be thinking...🧐]
Discouraged?
Intimidated out of the field entirely, more like it.
At least 75% of them have never voted Republican in their lives and will die without ever having done so.
