Tucker did a segment on the terrible energy situation in Germany where whole villages have taken to cutting wood in the forest to burn to generate energy, and Poland where they have very long lines of cars waiting to buy (wait for it) coal.

No offense to your nephew but a LOT more people listen to Musk. As glaringly obvious as what he says is to us, don’t overestimate the intelligence or common sense of the general public.

Also, his plugging away at EV/Tesla cars is just him doing his job as CEO. If he came out and said that EV makes no bloody sense his Board/Sockholders would wait for him to visit Tx and then stage a necktie party.
You can sell a niche, richie vehicle and tell the truth about fossil fuels at the same time. It is not dishonest or immoral — except to those too darned stupid.

too bad Tucker didn’t go down the long list of plant closures in the UK and Europe, as well as mention the major aluminum plant that just closed in the US.
Its not just heating with wood. Its no fertilizer to grow food to feed the population that has grown since its introduction in the 40s & 50s. Next year will see major food shortages in the West including the US. No fertilizers, no crops, no food = fewer people. A lot fewer. by the tens of millions.
And unless the misguided misbegotten green energy policies are reversed, that will be just the start of the population decline.
