'Kushner came to the D.C. swamp on the coattails of his wife as nothing more than a young and rich, run-of-the-mill liberal New York Democrat...'
==================================================================
(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) In an op-ed on American Greatness, Peter Navarro, one of former President Donald Trump’s top trade advisers, blamed many of the administration’s failures on Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner.
The criticism from Navarro, who himself was recently arrested by the House’s partisan Jan. 6 committee, comes as some left-wing media outlets have floated the rumor that Kushner may have been a mole in the FBI’s raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort.
It also coincides with the release of the 41-year-old Kushner’s White House memoir, Breaking History, a nearly 500-page tome due for public release on Aug. 23.
Navarro opened his article by slamming Kushner as a leftist who only sought to subvert the President from the start.
“Kushner came to the D.C. swamp on the coattails of his wife [presidential daughter Ivanka Trump] as nothing more than a young and rich, run-of-the-mill liberal New York Democrat with a worldview totally orthogonal to the president he was supposed to serve,” Navarro wrote.
“Yet, within the West Wing, Kushner considered himself to be the ultimate ‘Trump whisperer,'” he added.
According to Navarro, the failures of the Trump administration are also reflected in the difference between his 2016 and 2020 campaigns.
“Ultimately, the biggest failure of the 2020 election was the failure of the Trump campaign itself,” he wrote, comparing the 2020 campaign to that of a fat-cat swamp politician.
“The campaign went from the beautifully orchestrated Steve Bannon masterpiece in 2016, with 20 people on Trump Force One barnstorming flyover country, to the ugliest equivalent of Hillary Clinton’s beyond bloated Hindenburg of a campaign in just four years.”
Navarro pinned the blame on Kushner, who was put in charge of the 2020 campaign, despite a multitude of prior failures.
But he said Trump supporters have reason to hope that the “clown prince” will have no part in a potential future Trump administration after revealing just how opportunistic he really is.
“Fortunately, if Trump makes it back to the White House, it will be a Kushner-free zone,” Navarro wrote. “Kushner has already disqualified himself from future White House employment by cashing in on his White House connections to fund his many entrepreneurial ventures.”
Did Kushner set up all those drop-boxes?
So is Navarro saying Trump actually lost the election. I won’t believe that in a million years - we all witness the steal in the middle of the night.
no - he did a huge study showing how the election was stolen. interesting that the Kushners are in FL now - seems like Jared would be happier in Leftie NYC
No,it was the thoroughly illegal “mail in voting” that was responsible.
Zactly. Trump won. But I’d like to hear what Trump himself has to say about it.
I would like Kushner and Trump’s daughter to stay away for a long time.
“Navarro: Trump Son-in-Law Jared Kushner ‘Most Responsible’ for Election Loss”
Peter - We know you don’t like Kushner, but Trump didn’t lose the 2020 election. It was stolen through fraud.
Fake news will be all over right up until the fall election.
I never trusted this Praying mantis-looking creep from the moment I saw him. Ivanka should have married Tom Brady.
Navarro needs some attention?
I don’t know what to believe but I never could stand that squid Jared. How Trumps daughter could marry a pencil neck like that, I’ll never know.
I think Navarro is saying Jared was responsible for overseeing the election issues such as mail-in voting and that he did a bad job which resulted in rampant problems which resulted in the loss.
Did Goneril truly love King Lear?
Was the tragedy all the Duke of Albany’s fault?
C’mon, people, this is old, old stuff, as old as the hills. OF COURSE allowing any person of Jared Kushner’s upbringing, beliefs, and personality within 100 miles of President Trump was a catastrophic mistake.
Well.....he’s right. Kushner was a bad influence. He lacks MAGA instincts. Fortunately, he will not be part of Trump’s 2nd term in office. Also, Trump has learned not to trust the Republican Party Establishment either. Those two developments will keep a lot of bad advisors out of the cabinet.
Kushner was actually very effective in diplomacy. I think the world owes the Abraham Accords to his efforts. And other good relationships that Trump built, such as with Mexico.
Kushner seemed to be a real mover during the pandemic, as he and Navarro ramped up logistics programs and partnered with private business and the Feds to help all the Governors. I wish Navarro the best, he should stick to domestic policy and attack people that need attacking …for the future

In aviation maintenance Quality assurance we called that “malicious compliance”
I believe Navarro is a straight shooter.....if he says it’s plausible then it is as far as I’m concerned.
The two big reasons that Trump’s not now our president:
1. Election Fraud
2. Trump’s personality
Not in order of importance
Having said that, I wouldn’t lay any blame for any of Trump’s troubles on him. Trump’s biggest challenge as President was that it’s much harder to govern than to campaign for public office. Some of the most baffling decisions from that administrations were ones that were consistent with Trump’s MAGA message but were never going to work the way they were implemented.
Sounds like Sarah Palin’s family.
Look. Navarro took a lot of arrows on our behalf. Outspoken. He’s also in his 70’s suggestion it’s time to give it up. When he comes between Trump and his family guess who Trump will choose? Kushner just may be all those things but Trump will not turn on him like he has the others.
