While most of America was still mourning the 19 children slain in the Texas school massacre this week, former President Barack Obama made an unusual political misstep. Whatever people make of his policies, the former President is usually known for his adept timing. And that made his Tweet this week all the more strange.
“As we grieve the children of Uvalde today,” the former president wrote, “we should take time to recognize that two years have passed since the murder of George Floyd under the knee of a police officer. His killing stays with us all to this day, especially those who loved him.”
Whatever the circumstances, it is odd to crowbar in a reference to another killing when talking about the appalling carnage in Texas. Why do we need to take time to remember something that happened two years ago in the immediate aftermath of a worse loss of life? Why not take time and pause over something that has just happened?
The reason is that many politicians, including Barack Obama, still seem intent on pushing a particular narrative about the death of George Floyd. That is the narrative that BLM and other groups pushed from the very moment that footage of Floyd´s death emerged from Minneapolis two years ago.
This was the claim that the appalling footage did not simply show the appalling, inept and inhumane detention of one man, but showed a racist killing by a policeman of a defenseless black man. Of course what I am about to say is enormously unpopular, but it is nevertheless true.
There was never any evidence that Derek Chauvin killed Floyd because he was black. There was never any evidence that the appalling events were a racist killing. ...

George Floyd would have died from the drugs he ingested even if the cops never showed up.

I think Obama intuitively knows the murderous cop who locked up the kids in the class should be on trial, he is projecting again.
Jackass had 4 times the lethal dose of fentanyl in his system but was “killed” by the cops.
Gotta keep the focus off the fact that the perp was a mentally disturbed queer, Hispanic transvestite that murdered a bunch of other Hispanics.
This tragedy does three things:
1. Reinforces the fact that the LBGTXYZ123s are all mentally disturbed;
2. It destroys the “evil white heterosexual male” and “white supremacist” narrative;
3. Puts the “black victimhood” narrative on the back burner.
So, the magic negro is working overtime trying to get straighten out it out.
If this had happened today, he most likely would have been given Narcan. I live in a small town here in CA and we have about five or six incidents a day over the scanner of ‘unresponsive’ individuals OD’d on Fentanyl.. Most who are given Narcan in time are saved... many don’t make it.
Floyd wasn’t unresponsive and the medics who did respond presumed a heart problem and treated accordingly... if he had been found unresponsive, he’d have probably fared better as he’d have probably been given Narcan.....

A few days ago the Washington post tweeted that George Floyd was shot to death. That is how much you can trust them.
Fixed it.
This f*ckw*d just cannot abide being out of the spotlight. He keeps inserting himself and he still maintains a residence in DC, unprecedented for a former president. I wish he would just go away and take Big Mike with him, but like Hillary Clinton he’ll be active till he dies.
Obama has to stay in DC because he is Biden’s Chief handler, and the adored mentor to all of Biden’s administration...a shadow chief of staff, if you will
