Almost all of them have refused to be jabbed because they don’t trust it.

I see mostly black and asian folks still wearing masks in my area, but very few.
So he admits what Putin has alleged, that the vaxes can and are being engineered to target certain ethnic populations.

Putin believes the bioweapon labs in Ukraine are creating weapons genetically targeted at ethnic Russians. Those labs are US funded and built next to civilian populations to make them "off limits" to a bomb/missile attack.
