Ukraine president Volodymyr Zelensky declares martial law, makes all opposition to his government a crime, and takes control of the free press and turns it into state controlled media. Put your feelings about Russia off to the side for just a moment, and focus on what Ukraine president Volodymyr Zelensky is doing, right now, in his country and to his people. In one fell swoop, Zelensky has 1) declared martial law, 2). seized control of the press and put it under the control of the state, and 3). banned all political parties other than his own. In other words, Zelensky is now an unopposed dictator who is now running Ukraine just like the way that Putin runs Russia. Awake yet?

We have told you from the very beginning of this crisis that started when Russia invaded on February 24th, that nothing was as it seemed and everything was on the table and up for grabs. When you understand that what is actually happening, under the cover of war, is nothing short of a complete realignment of eastern Europe, and that the Barack O’Biden administration in 2014 funded a revolution in Ukraine to install New World Order leadership to bring about the very results you are watching right now, it all makes sense. If you think Zelensky is one of the good guys, you are very mistaken and quite deceived. The first casualty of war is the truth, and as world leaders are applauding Zelensky as a hero, when he absolutely is not, the truth of this situation is something the media is desperately trying to bury. World War 3 may actually already have started…stand by.

This is about month old news.
There is a war going there. Martial law is supposed to be set for that kind of situation.

When Britain was under threat of invasion by the Germans, Churchill formed a National Unity Government with Clement Atlee and the Labour Party. He didn’t ban them.

The Ukraine is in a war of national survival. I’m surprised martial law wasn’t declared earlier. I’m all in for supplying them with lethal arms aid. I don’t want US GIs involved directly unless the war spills over into NATO countries. Least of all do I support getting into WW3 over this. That would set us back 200 years and probably depopulated to the same level back then. There would be hot spots in this country that would last for decades if not centuries.
The Ukrainian military has concentrated itself into the cities. Their military is using the Ukrainian people as human shields.
Just like the Nazis under Hitler, this latest version apparently would rather see their country completely brought to ruin than to reach any kind of negotiated settlement.
There is good reason my uncle left in 1960 and refused to return. He did visit Poland, which he said had good and decent people. He was originally from Estonia. He had night terror dreams until he died at the age of 81. He was 6'6"" and weighed 350 pounds. Hands the size of catchers mitts. A hulking giant of a man. He did love his vodka.
Ukraine doesn’t come close to representing a democracy. It’s not worth raising the price of gasoline a penny to save.

This is not WWII anymore, you don’t have massive national armies with millions of men on either side. All Western nations are training for fighting in cities, because that’s where future wars will be fought. The Ukrainians fight in cities because they are the places of value, and they’re also natural fortifications. It is how modern warfare works.
Exactly. Martial law may be entirely justified when your nation is under brutal attack from multiple fronts.
