The Most Disqualifying Statement Ketanji Brown Jackson Has Made Yet
PJ Media ^ | MAR 23, 2022 | Matt Margolis

There are many troubling things about Ketanji Brown Jackson, Biden’s Supreme Court nominee, and her record. From being weak on crime and her record of leniency for sex offenders to her embrace of critical race theory and its proponents, there is plenty to be concerned about.

...

Ketanji Brown Jackson could not define the word “woman.”

...

While answering questions from Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), Jackson was examined regarding her stance on radical leftist gender theory, and she repeatedly refused to take a position.

...

Blackburn asked Jackson, “Do you agree with Justice Ginsburg that there are physical differences between men and women that are enduring?”

Jackson deflected once again, saying, “Um, senator, respectfully, I am not familiar with that particular quote or case, so it’s hard for me to comment.”

....

Apparently, to know what a male or female is, you have to be familiar with a particular legal case.

“Can you provide a definition for the word ‘woman?'” Blackburn continued.

“Can I provide a definition? No. I can’t,” Jackson responded.

“You can’t?”

“Not in this context,” Jackson said. “I’m not a biologist.”

“Do you believe the meaning of the word woman is so unclear and controversial that you can’t give me a definition?” a stunned Blackburn followed up.

...

“The fact that you can’t give me a straight answer about something as fundamental as what a woman is underscores the dangers of the kind of progressive education that we are hearing about,” Blackburn told her.

Republicans are baffled that Ketanji Brown Jackson can’t say what a woman is: ‘It is a simple question’:

Sen. Marsha Blackburn calls Jackson’s refusal to answer the question ‘telling’!

If this alphabetical BLM chunk of left wing protoplasma becomes a Supreme, and she is unable to say, “What is a woman!”:

So, if she lies about this simple question or isn’t smart enough to tell us what a woman is.

She will be totally worthless as a Supreme or as an honorable human being!

Simple answer is any human being with XX pair chromosomes is a woman and those with XY chromosome pairs is a male. Intent or desire to work around that reality is a mental state of gender psychosis. If that’s one’s adult choice, have at it. I want my Zebra to have polka-dots.

I think she actually answered the question:

According to Jackson, the definition of a women comes from biology. Because....SCIENCE!

This also sets aside all chromosome deniers like Bruce Jenner who is TransJennered.

Is Kentaji Jackson Brown a woman? If so, how does she know this? If she is NOT a woman, then Joe Biden has not yet fulfilled his goal of nominating a black WOMAN to the SCOTUS!!!

It’s all political theater. She will be confirmed regardless. You just know that ANY appointment made by this administration is going to be bad—very bad. But there’s not a thing any or us can do about it. I daresay the weak willed Republican moderates will quickly line us to vote in the affirmative for her.

Simple question...

“Joe Biden nominated you simply because you are a black woman. Are you a black woman?”

“...‘It is a simple question’...”

In the world in which I was raised it was a simple question. But in today’s world it is not so simple. In recent headlines we have read of a biological man claiming to be a woman and competing in sports as a woman, not the sex with which he was born. If Jackson comes out in support of transgenderism, there would be a loud outcry from the public - I hope.

Another political operative looking to rewrite law from the bench. Nobody elects these individuals to write law. If a law is ambiguous then it’s no really a law. Just like if there’s no distinction between a man and a woman there’s no sexes. We are just one homogeneous organism like worms.

If she can’t identify what a woman is, how does she self-identify as the first black female nominated to the Supreme Court?

Second, if Justice Thomas were to come out and identify as a woman, would this candidate not be the first black woman on the court?

She may not know what a woman is, but she knows what a real MAN is.

I’m breaking my silence; she took me by force when in college and had her way with me. Of course she plied me with beer, er, white wine first. Then her friends made me feel bad about it.

I’m ready to testify.

I am no biologist either but I know the difference between a man and a woman, cow and bull, rooster and hen, Jack and Jenny, stallion and a mare, along with many other animals.

You can’t get milk from a bull or eggs from a rooster.

I do believe the Clown World today is just trying to see if they can get a dumbed down public to go along with all this nonsense they have been throwing at us over the years.

I believe she shouldn’t be confirmed due to her lack of candor. She has repeatedly denied holding certain beliefs but is contradicted by her own record.

The follow ups should have been:

Are you a woman?

What makes you a woman?

Isn’t being a woman why you were nominated?

"Ketanji Brown Jackson could not define the word “woman.”"

Maybe she should have claimed 5th Amendment protection?

From related threads...

Regarding Judge Jackson's political side-stepping of defining a woman, have any of the post-17th Amendment, election year Republican senators mentioned that the Supreme Court established precedent (imo) for recognizing male and female sexes when it decided Minor v. Happersett case against Virginia Minor concerning women's suffrage.

Note that Minor's efforts ultimately led to the ratification of the 19th Amendment.

"19th Amendment:
The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.

Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."

A person so incapable as to not be able to define "woman" is utterly incapable of making "the hard decisions". She's driven by "feelings" instead of "facts". Not suited for the Supreme Court (or any other court for that matter). Incompetent.

This broad is trouble. We don’t need her on the SCOTUS. Putting her on the SCOTUS will be the beginning of the end for that court. SCOTUS needs some credibility. This broad isnt’ the way to get it.

The problem with the totem known as “Jackson” is that she doesn’t believe in the 14th Amendment’s right of Equal Protection under the law.

She clearly believes that “Non-hispanic” Whites should be held to different standards then non-Whites. Like herself: with her lack of notable opinions, and her illogical reasonable conclusion, she would never have been nominated. But no matter...Equal Protection falls in favor of racial and ethnic discrimination when demanded.

She’s no judge as we all know, merely a political operative who will pollute the court for decades. She simply doesn’t believe in the Constitution.
