FRANKFORT, Ky. (LEX 18) — Senate Bill 83, a bill that bans transgender girls from participating in girls' sports overwhelmingly passes the House.
The bill will now go back to the Senate to reconcile changes made.
Keturah Herron the first openly LGBTQ+ representative elected to the State House, explains why she voted no on SB 83.
“I’m at a loss for words,” Herron says. “I want all of the LGBTQ kids across Kentucky to know that I love them.”
ACLU-Kentucky also responded to the passage of SB83, stating with this bill transgender girls will be singled out and "jeopardize our children’s mental health, physical well-being, and ability to access educational opportunities comparable to their peers."

This whole article and bill is about the Republican’s writing and passing a bill to ban transgenders from participating in girls sports so I don’t understand your statement. They evidently DID have strategic ability to come up with this bill and vote yes on it.
This Univ of Pennsylvania male swimmer posing as a female is doing more to destroy Title IX than any legislation Republicans can cobble together. Stand back and let him and those like him collapse this liberal orthodoxy
1. They are almost certain to be overturned by Federal courts anyway.
2. They are aimed at pandering to an element of the population that is completely disconnected from any objective view of what it means to be a conservative -- namely, suburban women who whine to the government to fix even the simplest things in life that they are perfectly capable of handling themselves.
3. They perpetuate the last remaining vestige of legalized segregation in American society. I have yet to see anyone explain how sports in public accommodations that are segregated by gender are any different than segregated restaurants.
Ironically, these "transgender" mutants in women's sports will actually make great strides in rectifying the fundamental disconnect in Item #3.

The headline is a lie. The bill bans BOYS from participating in girls’ sports.
Oh. Pennsylvania. I get now what you are saying but it confused me because this article is about Kentucky.
Over the course of my lifetime, conservatives have accomplished little if anything, and if I think hard enough, I could make a case that they have helped to grease the the gears of our destruction. Mostly because they react, always way late, rather than strategize before hand. I don’t understand why it’s our fate to try and breath life into a dead philosophy. Move past it. Call yourselves something new, or better yet nothing at all. We’re free American citizens and it’s time we act like it.

They don;t know how to handle this issue. If they acknowledge the facts then they are tacitly admitting that men are better at everything, even being a woman. Haha, suck it feminists.
Let’s say there is a YUGE blaze someplace with a number of fatalities and no recognizable parts left. When the forensics are complete there will be a certain number of “xx” and a certain number of “xy” results that determine the total number of fatalities. No asterisks attached to let us know their “chosen” gender need apply.
