Yes. That is the translation.
The mRNA activates innate immune system which mobilizes platelets, hence heightened risk for blood clots.
CDC should be straightforward. If the vaccine is approved it should be in the warnings of increased risk of blood clots.

Why are the CDC and Pfizer issuing this warning now? It’s either incredible tone deafness or they’re anticipating something. It’s becoming impossible to ignore the uptick.
