If they act before the convoy, then they can claim they were going to do it anyways.
If they acted afterwards, it would look like the convoy accomplished it’s goal, and they cannot have that. They cannot bear the thought that the masses find our they actually have some say in their lives and how government is run. It would weaken their stranglehold on power too much.

Landlocked cities are at the mercy of rail, air and trucking. At most, they are 2-3-4 weeks from resupply disaster. Clickbate BS from GP. Hochul is not “suddenly” lifting the mask mandate. The executive order that imposes the mask mandate expires by its own terms on February 10, 2022. She is not suddenly lifting the mandate; rather, she is allowing the mandate to expire. Hochul is still a libtard fool for imposing the mandate in the first place (and for lots of other reasons), but fake news is bad for journalism whether is comes from CNN or Gateway Pundit.
