I Woke Up On A Covid Vent After A Car Accident (My Testimony)
Butchute ^ | 02/02/22 | Ben Gordon

Please see me testimony. This happened just 2 days ago in Flagstaff,AZ. I was vented as a Covid patient. the day of my car accident. I woke up and removed the vent, argued with staff who said I was vented for covid. As you can see, I am breathing fine as I was before the accident. A miracle woke me up in a sea of sedatives and opiates.

No Fire/EMS Department on this planet is going to search electronic records that they don’t have access to for your DNR.

I suggest a well placed Tattoo on your chest could to the trick.

They are protected from Lawsuit Larrys that often threaten suits but can’t cough up the retainer fees, the depo fees, filing fees, etc.

I guess I can understand that. It’s the equivalent of the left’s “the wanna inject bleach to cure Covid” whenever hydrochloroquine is mentioned.

So you say you can only deflate with a syringe in the line and cutting or severing it won’t work? Tell me how does that work? You jam the syringe up inside you at the bulb? Difficult to believe.

Secondly, you seem to take pleasure in saying “don’t call 911 or don’t go” but sometimes you don’t have control over that. I know that from personal experience. Further, removing devices inserted against your will is not violence nor does it imply “tearing up the place” as you imply. How can you tear up something for which you’ve already been charged?

Where’s Dr. House when you need his diagnosis of reality versus the hospital bureaucracy?’

Hint: They don’t exist.

Are you stating that hospitals are not putting people on ventilators. Or, are you taking exception to the use of the term "COVID vent"? If you are, now know how people feel that take exception to the term "vaccine" being redefined...twice, in order to make the pokes palatable to the uninformed.

Nurse

It isn’t about WHAT is being done, but rather WHAT SHOULD LEGALLY BE DONE.

You are part of a profession where mistakes by unqualified people happen on a daily basis. I suggest you double your malpractice insurance. Lawsuits based on a contingency recovery are a dime a dozen and cost nothing to file.

Run along.

"I would rather pull out my own vent out than remove a catheter."

After my second hip replacement surgery I woke up in the recovery room and saw the most beautiful young nurse. The first thing she said to me was .. "Let me get that cath..."

It felt like a bolt of lightning had hit me in the pelvis!

Just saying your throat goes to your stomach. And you would not send oxygen there. A ventilator goes down a windpipe a.k.a trachea. Yanking a pipe out of your trachea is not a small thing. If someone yanks it out, it will be uncomfortable.

And why would they put him on a ventilator if his blood oxygen was not 90 or below.

People also get MRSA and Sepsis in hospitals. And die.

“ Lawsuits based on a contingency recovery are a dime a dozen and cost nothing to file.”
———————————————————————————————————————-

You might be correct about that 20 years ago with lawsuits brought against a big business like Walmart.

But not anymore.
Lawyers want their fees and the depos aren’t free either.

Of course you could file Pro-Per and represent yourself. But as the old saying goes, “you’ll have a fool for a client.”

My brother is my legal counsel………I assure you, things aren’t the way you think they are nor are things the way they were.

Juries are unpredictable…….Attorneys have realized this decades ago and stopped the “I only get paid if I win” mindset.

They want up front money.

Judges are unpredictable too. So if you think a bench trial might be the solution, it’s not.

Another T.V. Show hoax is collecting your Lawyer Fees from the losing Defendants…………….that doesn’t happen anymore either. When it did happen, it was more for larger suits between multi Corps where fees can reach hundreds of thousands.

If you sued me, you’d be suing a huge Metropolitan City.
Good luck with that. After about 3-5 years and tons of cash, y’all might reach a settlement.
Hope I don’t forget to keep up with it. Oughta be interesting.

To: who knows what evil?

that sounds about right,

the other day I heard, while listening to the radio, that ultimately a covid patient is worth close to a quarter million dollars when all is said and done

About 25 yrs ago, after bypass surgery, my Dad was in an ICU on a ventilator. One time his eyes opened, he looked at me and indicated with his raised thumb that he wanted it out. I explained to him that he needed it to breath, that he had very strong sedatives in him and couldn’t do it on his own, but he either didn’t understand or care. He got quite agitated. Had his arms not been restrained I’m certain he would have pulled it himself. A minute or less later a nurse came in, added something to one of his IVs and he went back under.

I asked him about it afterward, but he had no memory of it.

Yep, when my brother got his liver transplant ( before covid) they got him out of hospital in 4 days. They don’t like to keep you there any longer than necessary.

Actually, I'd sue both of you. They have the deep pockets and they were dopey enough to hire someone who didn't make a rudimentary online check of my wholly accessible insurance records. And I wouldn't outlay a dime.

Again, respect my medical and legal rights.

This isn't hard, right?

I’m glad your father lived through that. With Covid today and the prevailing government-prescribed reimbursed treatment the lines are clearly blurred as to the actual need, IMO.

Or maybe he’s just a liar who got caught in a lie. The thing about these kinds of incidences, if you can’t keep your story straight then perhaps you shouldn’t tell it. I do not find this guy credible at all.
