That ear-dangler just sucks all attention away from whatever words Biden is saying. However, if you manage to put that dangling scene stealer out of your mind, you will find out that what Biden is saying is as absurd as the dangling mask. Namely that George Floyd's death had a greater impact on the world than the assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr..
