Although Alec Baldwin has gotten a lot of criticism for not complying with a police request (subpoena), he has now gone beyond mere compliance by fully cooperating with authorities by voluntarily turning over his Splenda packet, a key piece of evidence that should go a long way towards establishing his innocence.

Baldwin is a jerk, but I’m pretty sure the officer knew her gun was loaded.
Also, they’re still investigating in NM.
Baldwin killed a white woman. Nobody cares. The officer killed a member of a protected class. The establishment wants her wiped from the face of the earth.
That video was like a Seinfeld clip.

So she should be acquitted then. I don’t think she intentionally created circumstances of negligence. If anything the thug she was trying to arrest did that by resisting and trying to drive off in his car putting her life and other cops lives on the line. Just on that alone she had the right to shoot him but instead she intended to Tase him but grabbed her firearm instead.
Tasers are ridiculous to begin with. Whatever happened to good old night sticks? A perp is resisting, crack the bastard on the head or on his knees. Anyone who resists is putting a cops life on the line and the cop has to pull out this ridiculous contraption and shock the person?
I’m pretty sure he knew his was loaded, too...and THAT IS WHY he didn’t check it.

He’s so hated here that many are being illogical.
No matter how you cut it...it happened....so it’s 50-50. He was there and he pulled the trigger.
