Unless the gun was damaged that’s virtually impossible unless it was dropped on the hammer with a lot of force. It couldn’t have happened the way Baldwin said it did.

I just saw a YouTube video today where it was disclosed that the armorer told Baldwin that the hammer on that gun was not to be pulled back. Not only did he SKIP checking the weapon when it was handed to him, the armorer was not present and he ignored her order not to cock that particular weapon.
He knew immediately what happened to his victims the minute he fired that gun. No room for doubt. He is a disgusting, evil human being.
What if Baldwin and the woman were having a relationship.

But REALLY, what they’re saying is that they want his phone RECORDS. (At least if this isn’t a total sham). THOSE, should be more interesting, as they’ll contain the calls, and the texts.

Hamilton Burger is a DA with a very good conviction rating. His ingenious strategy is to accuse Mason’s client so that Mason finds the real killer during the preliminary hearing and gets them to actually confess in court. Then Hamilton has an easy conviction in the real trial. Mason, Drake, and Street do all the police work and Tragg just putters along and smirks.

I suggest that the live round got on the set by:
1. Some one from the NRA flew over the area in a stealth jet and dropped the live gun onto the set.
2. The live rounds snuck inside with the help of an Evil SUV.
Maybe the information would be on her cellphone too. But I haven’t read that anyone is asking for her cell phone. Maybe her husband has it. Maybe that’s why the police want his.
A shield for the camera but not for the crew?
At the range he fired from (2 feet), even a blank could have cause considerable damage.
His phone is probably filled with incriminating texts sent right after the shooting.
He was lawyering up for the next 45 minutes and I’m sure the sheriff wants details.
