After the defense rested in the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse, the lawyers on both sides met with the judge to go over possible jury instructions and the introduction of lesser charges. A video was shown of a mob of rioters with axes and what appeared to be baseball bats destroying the cars at a local auto dealership. The prosecution was arguing that Rittenhouse had lost his right of self-defense because he had a clear path to run away. The defense countered by pointing out that the supposed clear path went through the out-of-control mob portrayed on the video.
This moment was emblematic of the prosecution's entire case. In the state's opinion, the presence of armed citizens trying to prevent the burning and destruction of property in and of itself constituted a provocation of the rioters sufficient for them to justify their attacks on Rittenhouse and negate his right of self-defense.
As crazy as this sounds, much of the media and most of the Democrat party agree with the prosecutors. The real villains in this case are the public authorities who allowed rioters to wreak havoc unopposed for three nights in Kenosha in response to the shooting of Jacob Blake, a police action that was ultimately deemed justifiable. While watching the video of the destruction, one has to wonder: why weren't police and firemen there protecting Kenosha?
This pattern of abdicating authority to violent activists has been repeated in cities around the country, including Seattle, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Baltimore, Chicago, D.C., New York, Los Angeles, Oakland, and especially Portland, to name just a few.

The entire purpose of this trial was to set the precedent that citizens who oppose communist rioters may be imprisoned.
A conviction of Rittenhouse would mean your right to self-defense is extremely limited.
Let’s face it. This happened because Police were not allowed to do their job. Dem politics allowed this rioting. Encouraging BLM is a disaster. Look at what DeBlasio did...painting BLM in the highway...IN FRONT OF TRUMP TOWER.... Absolutely disgusting.

Here’s one you might be able to name yourself. Which entity recorded the entire event (with audio) from start to finish from above? As the probably did for every burning and looting event the summer of 2020?
We would never have seen it if it wasn’t submitted as evidence in the trial.
America has undergone a color revolution. The tools used to topple governments in other countries were used to destabilize ours.
FBI had high res drone footage as they likely had these drones flying over every riot city in America that year. They turned over a low res version of the footage two weeks before trial saying the high quality one had “disappeared.”
The DOJ has been actively involved in Kyle’s prosecution and was referenced this week by them regarding an opinion they’d written saying it’d be a mistake to let the jury take exhibits into the jury room.
They likely came up with the provocation theory based on the lie about Kyle pointing a gun.
WHY?
The economy was going well, border secure, and Trump headed easily to a second term. Then came riots and the China flu. The riots weee meant to create a sense of unease. Things are not normal. Things are chaotic. Wear people down psychologically until they vote for returning to normal. Just vote for Dems and things will go back. That still didn’t work so they fired up the ballot printers.
Why weren’t hundreds if not thousands of people prosecuted for arson, criminal destruction of property, and other crimes of violence likely there on video in high resolution in some FBI vault? Because those are the foot soldiers for the Deep State. They’re the brownshirts collapsing the Weimar Republic to make way for the Great Reset.

The FBI, now the Gestapo, is the only solitary police agency in a America that shold be defunded. That should be Republican policy.

When Trump was in office, the country was allegedly awash in racism and violence against blacks. Now that the dems are in charge, no more racism.

If Rittenhouse is cleared, we all know that Garland will bring federal charges against him and there are no cameras allowed in federal courts.
