If you thought the “conservative” Supreme Court would save us from the draconian, unconstitutional vaccine mandates popping up across the country, think again. For the third time, the highest court in the land sided with medical tyranny, suppressing the healthcare rights of American citizens and propelling us closer to The Great Reset.
Only Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, and Neil Gorsuch voted in favor of blocking Maine’s vaccine mandate for healthcare workers. It marked the third time the court declined to protect the rights of citizens from being forced to choose between their jobs and the jabs.
According to ABC News:
The high court has previously turned away students at Indiana University and teachers in New York City who objected to being vaccinated. Both the university and city allow people to seek religious exemptions.
Maine’s requirement was put in place by Democratic Gov. Janet Mills. A federal judge in Maine declined to stop the mandate, concluding that the lawsuit was unlikely to succeed. The Oct. 13 decision prompted a flurry of appeals that landed, for a second time, in the Supreme Court.
The Liberty Counsel, which filed the lawsuit, claimed to be representing more than 2,000 health care workers who don’t want to be forced to be vaccinated.
As we’ve said multiple times, it will be up to the people to fight this. Lawmakers in DC are doing nothing. Some Republican governors are acting, but there’s no telling how long their resolve will last. It must be the people who oppose this by calling their bluff. For some, that means leaving our jobs to find employment that does not abide by the government’s demands. For others, it means major lifestyle changes, including moving to states where freedom is still allowed.

I was 100% right to question how "good" Trump's SCOTUS appointments were at the time most of FR was high-fiving each over Trump's "accomplishment" of naming "Scalia-like" appointees.
If there's ONE thing I got wrong about his appointees, it's that Gorsuch may actually be the MOST "conservative" of Trump's three picks (and Gorsuch is still FAR from "Scalia-like"). That's not in any complimentary towards Gors, but rather a stinging indictment of how disappointing Kav and Barrett have been thus far.
I wonder where all the "Gosh darn, you NeverTrump losers don't get it, so-and-so judge is ORIGINALIST and that magically means they will always vote awesome regardless of their background or personal views" crowd went.
Cowards.

Hopefully this is decision based on state sovereignty in medical matters as was the MA 1905 small pox vaccine decision.
But if a state prohibits vaccine mandates, Scotus needs to respect the state’s decision as well. But, I somehow feel that tyrannical pretzel logic is what prevails. Anything to justify tyranny.
Surprise! They were not the judges everyone thought they would.
4th amendment means we are to be secure in our persons, homes and that our property cannot be taken without due process

Their derelction of duty is destroying our country, and they know it, and they do not care. Thats why I am that harsh on them.
They wanted to be on the court after all. If they didnt want to do their effing job, they could have passed and let someone better be nominated.

Gorsuch = Sandra Day O'Connor type judge, longtime record being "good" Republican, USUALLY votes the right way on most issues, but certainly NOT a social conservative, and has weird leftist bent on a handful of stuff.
Kavanaugh = Don't rock the boat 'stare decisis' mushy establishment hack guy, pretty similar to the judge he replaced (Anthony Kennedy), has much more in common with Gorsuch than either of them has in common in Scalia.
Barrett = "Religious" person (That does NOT automatically mean conservative... Jimmy Carter is "religious"), seems like a nice conservative lady on paper, has weirdo flakey oddball background, appears to have a weak legal mind and is easily swayed.
As I've said from the start, none of 'em would have gotten anywhere near my short list.
I was Hell No on Gorsuch, Hold your nose and vote Kav, and "PLEASE don't nominate Barrett, but if you do, we're stuck with her for good or for ill"
