The Arizona audit could not find an identity match on 86,391 people. This is disclosed on Page 56 of the “Results Details” report.

These Maricopa voters cast ballots in Nov 2020 and don’t seem to exist. The ones registered as Democrat or selected no party affiliation represent a whopping 73.8% of these unknown voters. That’s 63,757 ballots. Not selecting a party makes monitoring of nefarious registrations much harder as everything not R or D is bulked together as “Other”. Even the new State voter registration form now only has only 3 categories (R, D, Other) and some registration reporting reduced to similar.

Cyber Ninja’s used Melissa Personator which is arguably the best commercial service to validate U.S. or Canadian identities. It scours private and government databases including USPS and Social Security Administration. Cyber Ninja’s oddly concludes most of these “unknowns” might be real people that just have limited public records. Our name, DOB, SS#, and address are in every State and Fed database. If you can’t be found using these credentials, something is definitely wrong.

The Ninja’s didn’t consider Maricopa’s history, it’s registration battles, or issues with non-citizen voters. They make no consideration the database might have been manipulated but know it was hacked Nov. 5th 2020. Had the Senate subpoenaed Maricopa’s VRAS servers and tasked CyFIR to investigate, we might know a whole lot more.

It’s pretty clear that the different groups of ballots have different levels of certainty. The voters who moved, certainly have *some* of the circumstances the WSJ described, and this is one of the more uncertain categories. That does not mean that the category should not have been identified, but it does mean that people should not treat it as certitude. It is something which needs to *actually* be explained, rather than throwing guesses over the walls with no sense of what proportion of the questions are answered by that explanation, and specific legal action was taken to prevent such certitude in this step.

So what ballot envelopes were cured? How many? The County should have that information at their fingertips.

The WSJ overlooked several of the categories that are considerably more difficult to explain and pretended they aren’t there at all.

Yes, I know that and admire Trump more than any other president for his America First agenda.

PDJT made ONLY one serious mistake during campaign. He said (paraphrasing) this is just another flu and it will go away when warm summer weather arrives. Trump totally under-estimated the FEAR Americans and Europeans and Australians have of covid-19. If Trump had said something like "I feel your pain about the China virus, and my first priority is to protect you", he easily overcomes a few million fraud votes and wins in a landslide.

That is such a shame since Trump did a great job for release of covid vaccines at warp speed. With MORE THAN THREE TIMES Americans opting to get jabbed than PDJT's votes in either run, next republican running in 2024 will lose badly if he/she under-estimates fear Americans have (justified or not) of the very contagious and constantly mutating China virus.

You are perfectly OK to refuse vaccine. I am 100% against any federal mandate related to healthcare, especially the insurance mandate Obamacare had.

After almost 7 months after 2 jabs of Moderna, Me at age 81 have not had the slightest of adverse side effects. The vaccine is a big nothing burger.

In this one we leave it up to the USPS and the NCOA file.

Having moved is no problem if you're still in state.

5.7.9 No Record of Voters in Commercial Database

All voters within the Final Voted File, or VM55, [were] cross-checked against a commercially available data source provided by Melissa(56) called Personator and 86,391 individuals were found with no record in the database for either their name, or anyone with the same last name at the address in the VM55 file. It is expected that most if not all of these individuals are in fact real people with a limited public record and commercial presence. It is highly recommended that this list be further validated with canvassing to determine what percentage of these voters represent current and valid voters.

Personator is a best-in-class identity and address validation tool. It confirms that an individual is associated with an address, indicates prior and current addresses, tracks when and where the individual moves, tracks data-of-birth and date-of-death. To accomplish this, it utilizes both private and government data sources such as the US Postal Service's National Chage of Address (NCOA) service, and the Social Security Administration's Master Death List.
