The specter of Larry Elder becoming the next governor of California due to the recall election of Gavin Newsom is so horrifying to liberals that they are now engaging in over-the-top scaremongering. One example was the interview by Alicia Menendez on her MSNBC Sunday show with Los Angeles Times columnist columnist Jean Guerrero. The terrified tone in Guerrero's fast paced voice adds to the horror show aspect of the interview resulting in some rather comedic entertainment.

Whatever happened to Black Lives Matter? I thought the left wanted to help “systemically oppressed” minorities like Mr. Elder? Ah, but the truth comes out. They really only like leftists. All the rest about caring for blacks is simply political posturing to keep leftist, most white elites in positions of power. Yup. Their expressed concern for equity is a sham, an advertising campaign to appeal to minority voters.
