Taliban blocks access to Kabul Airport? Just yesterday they were telling us they were nice guys Earlier this week, the triumphant Taliban was boasting about their newfound respect for free speech, women’s rights, etc. — all within the boundaries of Sharia law, naturally.
I’m going to quit drinking — within the confines of cocktails at five, wine with dinner, a bedtime brandy, and the occasional Bloody Mary at breakfast.
Today the Taliban is preventing refugees from gaining access to Kabul Airport, the last remaining thread between death and a chance at escape from the Taliban’s tender mercies.
The Wall Street Journal reported early on Wednesday that “entry remained extremely difficult” to the airport with “checkpoints on most access roads and no clear system to bring people in.”
The kinder, gentler Taliban don’t seem to want too many of those liberated women or former American translators to leave, and it doesn’t take much imagination to wonder why.
The chaos created in Kabul by Presidentish Joe Biden’s “murderously rushed pullout” even has CNN in near panic-mode.
Here’s the news network’s latest report, detailing the jubilant return of Taliban co-founder Mullah Baradar to Kabul.

Someone explain just how those 6,000 brave young Marines and Soldiers the Biden cabal deployed at the last moment will be resupplied and eventually withdrawn. Since the fortified, secure US Air Force base at Barham was abandoned in the middle of the night, the US lost its last secure portal in and out of Afghanistan. Whoever gave the actually order to abandon that bas must be held accountable. The remaining American civilians and military are at the tender mercies and whim of the Taliban.
A PR farce the MSM eagarly bought up because they thought it would help protect Joe. "Well, yes, the Taliban took over, but they've reformed. And we are going to insist they adopt our progressive ideas."

Bush had a good crop in Guantanamo and as I understand it until a couple of days ago there were 5000 taliban prisoners at Bagram air base....obama let almost all of em out of gitmo...and for all intents and purposes Biden let em all out of jail at Bagram....weird right?

The more the Taliban badly treats Americans left in Afghanistan, the better for Biden’s and the left’s critics. The MSM can’t cover up a pile of elephant dung with a spoon. It remains to be seen how much of the US public hates Trump enough to ignore atrocities that will be committed by the Moose Limbs.
