Firearms makers big and small have reported increased sales, and last month Springfield, Mass.-based Smith & Wesson reported that its sales more than doubled in its last fiscal year to $1.1 billion. The company’s sales certainly remained strong into July, when the company claimed the top spots on Guns.com top firearms sales charts for the month with its M&P 15 Sport II Optics Ready, an AR-style modern sporting rifle that the company noted was engineered for a wide variety of recreational, sport shooting and even professional applications.

I’d be getting the Accuracy International AT-X in 6.5 CM
What about the uptick in 120 round mags for the S&W model 29s in 44 mag? Nobody talks about that. 😳😄👍
Biggest sellers: Sub-micro high capacity 9mm handguns and AR-pattern modern sporting rifles.
Displays are full of them both, at my local gun shop. Also lots of shotguns and bolt-action rifles, and full-size auto pistols. But they can't seem to keep quality revolvers in stock...
Because the 30 round double stack stick mags are more reliable, more concealable, can be quickly loaded via stripper clips, less expensive, easier to handle, you can top off the stick mag without disconnecting it from the cylinder and you can carry more total rounds in sticks than drums.

Yes. Way better than those clunky 120 round drums.
A drum on your 8" Model 29 looks sexy for pictures but if you require effective reliable firepower for your Model 29, stay with the stick magazines.
.
Yes, you know - the high capacity super death fully automatic revolver with bayonet lug that can hold hundreds of high caliber shells in its clip.
Where's the sales report from the ammunition manufacturers? Not available because mega-ammo purchases by govt alphabet agencies creating artificial shortages for consumers aren't kept as a public record.
A friend of mine says I should have used the tripod if I wanted to get the last round in. Nowhere on the package does it say to use a tripod.
Check the instructions - they usually won't hold the full 120, unless you're using armor-piercing-hollow-point-cop-killer-sabot-sniper rounds...

crew served? cause it’s gonna take an assistant gunner...
Not one Seinfeld reference,
Sad.
Yeah, but if you are going to shoot Radar Guided Explosive Full Metal Jacket Dum-Dum Rounds, you better stick with a Belt Fed Configuration.
I just wanted to remind everyone that while I don’t work for the FBI or ATF or whatever I can’t vouch for everyone else.
It’s always the niggling details ya know.
