Larry Elder, who could be California's next governor if the recall election next month against Gavin Newsom is successful, was interviewed by the Sacramento Bee editorial board. One of the editors asked Elder a gotcha question about "The Big Lie." Elder took that question and completely turned the tables on it to the extent that it stunned the editor. The editor's reaction at the end will make you LOL!

If would have answered as you wished, he would have immediately been put on the defensive, his tactic was to always be on the offensive...which he succeeded at....

I'm surprised Larry was allowed to keep talking for so long. One other thing I wish he'd addressed was the media constantly using the phrase "Trumps's false claims about election fraud" in relation to the 2020 election. Every news talking head/reader ALWAYS uses the phrase "false claims about the election". If they were actual journalists, they'd say "Trump's claims that the election was stolen" without adding the word "false". They NEVER used the word "false" in discussing the claims made by Hillary after 2016, Gore after 2000 and Kerry after 2004.

This interviewer was an amateur. A reasonably talented propagandist would have talked over Elder constantly and made sure that he could never get his point across.
