Ballad Health will be requiring each such person to provide proof of vaccine. Those with proof of vaccine will be issued a blue “badge buddy” to hang behind their badge. Those who have chosen not to be vaccinated will be issued an orange badge buddy. This color-coded badge system has been added to the dress-code policy and failure to comply, or any attempt to falsify the badge, will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

While it seems like this firm adopted the "Scarlet A" "policies and procedures" adaptation, on some level that's preferable to keeping these unvaxxed people masked up, etc.

The Feds are trying to get around HIPAA laws with OSHA.
Exposing everyone’s private health to all employees is 100% illegal.
It violates the Americans for Disabilities Act too.
Finally they are trying to coerce everyone with a non approved FDA experimental mRAN gene therapy. This is 100% illegal.
I hope people lawyer up and file lawsuits against everyone enforcing this. Totally illeagal.

OSHA does not mention badge-buddies unless I missed it - read it for your self - the badge rule seems to be that particular facility’s rule.
