Important update on OSHA-mandated steps Ballad Health is taking to protect against COVID-19

Ballad Health will be requiring each such person to provide proof of vaccine. Those with proof of vaccine will be issued a blue “badge buddy” to hang behind their badge. Those who have chosen not to be vaccinated will be issued an orange badge buddy. This color-coded badge system has been added to the dress-code policy and failure to comply, or any attempt to falsify the badge, will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

To comply with the OSHA standard, facilities must have a method to identify vaccinated vs. non-vaccinated employees.

Absolute BS, as even the CDC has admitted the actual Covid death rates were only a small fraction of the initial estimate, which was based on faulty coding. Remember the car accident victims coded as deaths from Covid? The Biden administration must be desperate.

In the meantime, President Trump is suing the big tech companies for censorship.

That is obviously far more important, considering it’s big tech’s fault an election was stolen.

Maybe if he wins, he can use his settlement money to fight the government’s attempts to commit mass genocide.

Graphene Oxide is an industrial poison which OSHA should not allow to be in the open environment of workers. Graphene Oxide is said to be in the Covid-19 vaccines.

Don’t see it worded exactly like that, but this might be what they’re referring to?

3. Implement physical distancing for unvaccinated and otherwise at-risk workers in all communal work areas. A key way to protect unvaccinated or otherwise at-risk workers is to physically distance them from other unvaccinated or otherwise at-risk people (workers or customers) – generally at least 6 feet of distance is recommended, although this is not a guarantee of safety, especially in enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces.

Employers could also limit the number of unvaccinated or otherwise at-risk workers in one place at any given time, for example by implementing flexible worksites (e.g., telework); implementing flexible work hours (e.g., rotate or stagger shifts to limit the number of such workers in the workplace at the same time); delivering services remotely (e.g., phone, video, or web); or implementing flexible meeting and travel options, all for such workers.

If the employer doesn’t know who the unvaccinated are, how does the employer follow the guidelines?
