Ivan Sanderson was all over this angle 50 years ago. His book âInvisible Residentsâ was about all the incidents involving things moving in and out of the water. Thatâs why the Office of Naval Intelligence was so heavily involved.

I remember the claims of underwater UFO bases over 50 years ago, in not very reputable magazines. Also that they came from bases inside the Hollow Earth. Remember that one?
