Whenever I’m asked what I miss most about youth I answer “the optimism.”
You seem a bit hesitant to commit this year.
Please do, you’re arrival will be as welcome as, well, a breath of fresh air
So stop screwing around and settle in please; we could really use your optimism this year.

This is one of my favorite times of the year. Going to hit 76 degrees today - warmest it’s been in these parts since last fall.
Gather ye rosebuds while ye MAY.
Here in PA the 10-day forecast says it’s about a 25 percent chance of rain for all the next 10 days. So May is telling us “I’ll let you know.”
Might as well make May the official Contractor Month.
Some happy little trees to brighten your day.
Earlier this AM, I was in the NW part of the city and it was SNOWING! It was a brief snow squall that only lasted five minutes but at times it was heavy enough that visibility was less than 500 feet! It was however, warm enough that it melted when it hit the ground. Funny thing is, on Friday, the temperature reached 74°F.
I’m good with May - less the allergies, tornadoes, hailstorms or floods to potentially help ruin the other pleasantries of the month.
Hooray, hooray, for the First of May.
Outdoor nookie starts today!
I want the year to go from May to October and back to May.
