I worked small retailers in urban areas for 30 years. I wager the ethnic business owner most affected is the Arab liquor/lottery/snacks and grocery store owner. At least in the Midwest, these business went almost exclusively Arab owned in the 2000s.
All because that big dope passed along a counterfeit $20 to one of those store owners and then downed an overdose as he was resisting police arrest. The big dope stole a whole lot more than a $20 spot that fateful day. Too bad he didn’t steal away the collective stupidity of the mass of morons left in his wake.

It not a question of “they can’t come in here”, It is a question of “they won’t come in here.” It’s called smartening up. Not only are they food deserts because of the violent nature of folks living there. They are now police and fire dept deserts. My best advice to black business owners is buy a gun. You can get away shooting your black compadres, but the cops can’t.

Black on black crime don't count and is never solved.
A family friend ran a grocery store in “the hood.” Had been in the family for nearly 100 years. It was the only one for miles around. They definitely had to adjust their products to match the local mentality and welfare schedule. They also knew the neighborhood, so could keep shoplifting and such to a minimum.
Eventually the 3rd generation got older and sold out to the only one buyer interested - Arabs. They came in, put bars and bullet-proof glass everywhere, got rid of any fresh products and replaced it with a large liquor section.
The leftist whiteys want to eliminate black owned businesses—they want black folks totally dependent on the plantation owners.
They have obviously been deemed non essential by the Democrats.
It blows my mind that this isn’t priority 1 with these communities. Of course the press won’t ask the Governor or Attorney General about this.
I don’t care who they voted for. Civil liberties and ownership of property is being chewed up and spit out for all to see.
I’m sure they have a similar problem in Portland and Seattle as well.
The Party has declared the black business owners to be kulaks.
No political benefit for either side is the problem the neighborhood faces. Plain and simple.
