Sadly, the trend of fatal police shootings in the United States seems to only be increasing, with a total 213 civilians having been shot, 30 of whom were Black, in the first three months of 2021. In 2020, there were 1,021 fatal police shootings, and in 2019 there were 999 fatal shootings. Additionally, the rate of fatal police shootings among Black Americans was much higher than that for any other ethnicity, standing at 35 fatal shootings per million of the population as of March 2021.
This is the wrong approach.
First, the blacks and SJWs will just counter that blacks are only 12% of the population, so whites should be getting killed at more than just double the amount.
But blacks get shot at such high rates because they have more encounters with police than white people do. Blacks, in fact, commit 4-5x more crime (at least crimes that lead to convictions) than any other racial group in the United States.
This is the reason why the media often says that illegals commit less crime than home grown Americans. This is technically true because black crime is so extreme and out of control that it makes Al-Qaeda look peaceful. Blacks each year commit the equivalent of a 911 on the USA, just not all at once.
Second, this approach is wrong because it’s like trying to argue who is more aggrieved by the cops. This is a loser’s argument. The correct argument is that the black community is at fault for its dysfunction.

By definition 100% of illegals are law breakers merely by virtue of being here illegally...and that's before you factor in all the concurrent crimes that go along with their illegal status: identity theft, identity fraud, driving without licences or insurance, undeclared income, etc.
In fairness, that last has come about due to 50+ Years of Leftist social policy.
Prior to the Lyndon Johnson “Great Society” policies, black families were mostly intact. Now their children are born to a staggering 85% out-of-wedlock, drug induced family.
Grandmothers end up becoming the main caregivers, absent the parents, boys and girls grow up completely dysfunctional. They tend to hang out with gangs for protection and fall into a life of petty crime, eventually ending up in prison. For black woman, sex and abortion is a way of life. If not for the “whites”, I believe they would become cannibals.
Listen to Candace Owens and she can nail it all in minutes. The answer is within the black demographic historically as you articulated well. Some get it but I am afraid parts of our society are irredeemable and irreparable.

We need to kmow how many Law Enforcement Officers have been wounded or killed in the same time frame that shootings of civilians by LEOs are tabulated. That is the only honest way to view the picture.

Of course many, if not most, black grandmothers are fairly young women in their mid 30s. That’s an age when non black women are often still having children
Those black grandmothers are more than physically capable of the rigors of child rearing. They’re just not emotionally capable which is WHY they end of as grandmothers in their mid 30s

Don’t know about that but your entire post has truth. Why would any policeman want to be assigned to one of these neighborhoods?
There is such a thing as a cycle of poverty and these neighborhoods need help. No one has come up with a sure-shot plan for the help but vilifying the policemen in the neighborhoods is a bad plan.
Sad, but the old saying, " One bad apple spoils the whole barrel" is proverbial for a reason. Hollywood, big tech and liberal schools are amplifying the decline.

The data shows clearly that if the cops are racist, they are sexist to an even greater extent. How else to explain that even though men make up no more than half the adult population, they make up most of the civilians shot by cops? /sarc
Ah, but if you measure by the difference in how often men get into encounters with police, versus women, then the data makes sense. And there you have the answer to the same misconception about the police shootings being racist. The data on shootings must be compared with the data on encounters with the police, not with general population totals.
The distribution (or rate) of shootings by police, by race or ethnic group, is roughly comparable to the distribution of encounters with the police, by race or ethnic group.
The chances are (law of averages) that if the rate of having an encounter with the police was reduced (less crime) the rate of police shootings would likewise go down as well.
That is all far too simple for minds that have been indoctrinated instead of educated.
